I like the idea of the first task in a new country having different difficulties depending on how well you did in the previous country - it seems like a much fairer version of the Latin American version's "no flight bunching" format (and better TV to boot) - but this season really isn't grabbing me, and I can't figure out why.

It's quit a while since those post I quote were posted, but I hope you don't mind!

--- Quote from: Plaidmoon on November 20, 2012, 08:36:53 PM ---Apparently TAR Norway is underway as there are several tweets with sightings in and around Oslo. This explains the sighting with a picture I found the other day from Oslo. They were probably doing some pre race footage, or perhaps the first leg was in Oslo and the tweets below are the start of the second leg.

Yep, they were doing a "test-race" - so both the participants and the crew could practice in advance.

--- Quote from: Plaidmoon on November 20, 2012, 08:36:53 PM ---Gardermoen airport is the airport for Oslo. I'm not sure what the National is, probably a museum?

Nationaltheatret is, as the name says, the National Theatre of Norway, but it's also the name of the second largest train station in Norway as well as one of the largest Metro stations of Oslo, but the participants were travelling with Flytoget (the Airport Express Train) to Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

G.B.:
My God, the Wikipedia page for this season is HORRIBLY incomplete. I know I might not get much help here, but if anyone can fill in the tasks, locations or penalties (if there are any) for the later legs, please do so.

(Yes, Peach, I know about the RFF wiki. Once the Wikipedia's updated, I'll get to work on our wiki)

One of the biggest questions I have is how there was an Intersection on Leg 8 when there were five teams racing on Leg 8. Was it a TAR Latin America 2-style Intersection?
