I think these are the stairs teams are sitting on... It's labeled "NHÀ HÁT CÔNG NHÂN TRÊN PHỐ TRÀNG TIỀN" though that doesn't produce anything for me on google maps?

Oval, the Google translation for this "NHÀ HÁT CÔNG NHÂN TRÊN PHỐ TRÀNG TIỀN", is:

"WORKER Theatre on Trang Tien Street"

Maybe this can help.

Trust me the cap, red shirt and blue shoes are definitely from Bates, our hockey player, and those backpacks blue/grey - are the hockey players. I know its him/theirs. So someone else was eliminated in Indonesia.

So those are the teams that are still racing, huh? You know, it would be kinda cool if the F3 is made up of only the female teams.
That would be something different, and also is it to much to ask for a night time finish line?

So the teams waiting on the stairs of the theatre could mean an HoO.

I'd buy this!  Both the ice cream and the idea!

Just get an answer few minutes ago after I sent text message to ND in Bali,

He's saying that he is very certain 90% sure that up until 6.00PM (1hour before the race officially over) there's only two more people left doing the roadblock, and that is the short-hair guy from the hockey players team, and the female blonde (not to blonde but with a bit of dark-chocolate mix blonde) and when he look at Dom's thumbnail pictures of all teams, he's pretty sure that the female is one of the florida team.

He also saying to me that if according to a logical theory, it is very rare in the very early of the game, LEG 3 and LEG 4 will be the Non-Elimination LEG back-to-back after one another, so he's again truly believe that LEG-4 is an elimination leg.

among those two roadblocker described above, the most struggling ones is the short-hair guy from the hockey players team, because when the female blonde disappear, he can still saw the guy going up and down the stairs carrying the surf board..

So, i leave it up to you guys, if there's any experts out there for this analysis, maybe put some previous season experience, etc..etc..

That's all I received from him,

I can tell you with 100% certainty, that the guy in Hanoi, with the blue shoes, red shirt and cap is Jonathan from the Hockey Players. And Florida were spotted also so both are still in the game. Therefore, with 9 teams spotted in Bali, and 6 spotted in Hanoi, and a non-elimination in Christchurch, it means either the Father / Son, Young Unspotted Couple or Joey and Meghan were eliminated.

I believe the green bags in the group picture on the steps belong to Joey and Meghan. Can anyone else confirm?

Maybe a team got a penalty and was unable to checkin?

Or the unidentified  m/f couple was mixed up with the florida purple couple

They have done two NELs back to back (first one was TAR 3, TAR 5, TAR 8, TAR 11, however, these were all during the era when the Race normally had 13 legs/segments. Since the total number of legs was reduced for filming TAR 13 and later, there has not been a case where there were two consecutive NELs.

However, there's nothing preventing that from being planned as an unexpected curveball to throw at the teams as it has been more than 10 seasons since it has been used. In other words, we can't rule it out, either as two consecutive NELs or as a double leg, or a paired just keep running leg.

On a second look, Chuck and Wynona's bags are behind the other two green bags closer to Winnie and Cam. Wynona has a khaki pack and Chuck has a green one similar to the Video Bloggers. There are four packs there, and the others do look similar to Joey and Meghan, but couldn't say for sure...and yes of course that could be another idea theschnauzers

After seeing this picture :

I am pretty sure that ND has mixed up between them and the Florida team... :o

because he said like this :

the one who struggling at the end was wearing a shirtless blue tank-top (well sometimes green could become blue for some reason).. and the girl was blonde (but not so blonde, it was dark-chocolate mixed blonde)

THIS IS IT..!!   :hoot:

Next leg could be Nepal? (Spec!)

Hanoi > Guangzhou Vietnam Airlines 506 DEP 12:50PM ARR 3:25PM
Guangzhou > Kathmandu China Southern 3067 DEP 7:10PM ARR 10:10PM

Idk if they would visit Nepal, but as others said Myanmar could also be visited, or pretty much anywhere in Asia

you probably right about the shirt colour ZouLy. It was 6 PM. almost dark at that time. But Michael and me agree that the last man we saw at the road block has short blonde hair

Wasn't Father of Father/Son in an airport wheelchair at one point? Could have been a withdrawl for medical reasons.

Could there have been a penalty elimination in Bali?
