Ally is a bit too over the top for my liking, but she's good entertainment.

Rooting for Hillal and Seble for the random minorities <3

I don't want to root 100% for anyone just yet, I'll wait a few more episodes before I pick my favourites

The exemption pass for Kerrie was weird. I doubt she's the mole and it's more of a case of her "moleing". Don't ask me to pick who the mole is yet though, there wasn't very much to go off on this first ep :/

I was kinda disappointed, nothing much happened tonight. If they continue to drag it out a three nights a week, I think I'm going to switch off :|

Cram it into a 1 & 1/2 hour episode please. We didn't need to really see everyone failing miserably. And I'm pretty sure somebody didn't get a single confessional (other than Linda) but I can't remember who it is :P

And Kerry is moleing extroadinarily terribly if she isn't the Mole, and if she is, well she's doing it well because I don't think anyone would suspect her, because her tactics are so out-there.

This. I hate having to rewind and see something we saw 5 minutes ago or having someone state the obvious in their confessionals 100 times.

I really do hope this series falls flat on it's face, I want the race back

Anyone else watching this outside of Australia? :)

We need to be patient for a little bit but links do show up. Not sure if I am allowed to post them here though?
So if anyone has trouble finding them, pm me. :)

Yes it was a little slow paced, but that happens a lot on the Mole in episode 1.
I'm definitely not rooting for it to fail, I see no reason why Mole and TAR Aus couldn't take turns... besides I'd much rather have another good show on than hoping it fails.. but whatever.. each to their own I guess..

I do hope they'll bring it down to two episodes a week basically - this stopping half way through a challenge is a bit annoying and offputting. I get that that's the Australian Reality format these days but it's unnecessary and I think it will do more harm than good imho..

Other than that, enjoyable tasks so far, liked most of the cast (so far anyway..  :) ) and the host did a decent to good job too.
Maybe not a Grant in the making but he has his own style which reminds me a bit of how Art hosts it on the Dutch Mole, so good going so far.. Looking forward to episode 2. :)

Go Ally <333333333333333333333

And also Go Seble and Aisha <3

Really hate Erin for no apparent reason and hate Alex because he seems annoying and that's just 1 episode in.
I'd rather walk alone than let them throw dirty confetti. ♥

Apparently it doesn't pick up until next week. Which might be too late - the show only got 800,000 viewers last night, and it'll lose a LOT tonight - aside from the usual ~10% drop for a second episode, the show last night was terribly slow and repetitive, which will put people off, and it starts half an hour later than advertised because there's an extra Home and Away episode tonight as a result of the preemption last week. Long story short, if they keep it at three episodes a week it'll be axed within a month. I'm giving it three weeks until they do a hack job to get it down to a single episode.

Please do so. (Both getting axed and cutting down to a single episode :P )

I'm surprised the ratings were that low last night, should be interesting how they turn out for tonight's episode.

I liked the season more tonight, I guess it was less about the introduction stuff and more into the challenges which was good. Though I still detest that there's a quiz at the end of each 3 episodes. Are they really going to drag this out 10 or so weeks with three nights a week?

Ally is the clear superstar of the season <333 I don't think I like any of the guys this season at all, the girls are generally okay. And what's with everyone doing such a crap job of actually completing the challenges?? There's barely anything in the pot! They're all be winning nothing at this rate.

Liked episode 2 as the pace picked up a bit. Hope they won't have lost too many viewers..  :(
So far the challenges are heavily borrowed from several Dutch Mole series though.  :funny:

@Kandace, I tried to send you a pm but I'm getting the message your inbox is full.

Last nights episode ratted at 700,000 and 3rd in the time slot. It's not looking good but some shows in Australia have a big turn around in the ratings (House Rules looked like it was a flop but pick up latter in the season)

I know. I rewatched the Dutch version of the sandbag challenge to compare them, and even though their cast was basically half the size (with an extra woman) and they had worse supplies (a pole broke), our group only took 20kg more than they did.

The only thing I have to say about this is:

TARAus>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Moleaus

Rooting for Seble, who is my fave right now, though.

And really the minorities are such better characters than the majorities, apart from obviously Ally, who is a stellar character.

Shaun is a complete trainwreck tragedy.

Sigh, they didn't even do the "termination" in the dark, not to mention the music killed the mood too. Such a letdown, the execution used to be the most exciting part of the episodes :(

And LOL at airlines' favourite player being booted in the first ep  Who are you rooting for now? :P

I really really really don't know. Probably Ally, maybe Aisha too, because she's a taller, less fierce version of Seble, really.

But really SEBLE :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche :torche such a goddess with so much potential to leave in the first ep is ridiculously disheartening I'm not even kidding. SEASON. RUINED.

Seble goddess <///////////////////////////////3 :( :'(

But my queen Ally is so fierce <3333333

I suspect Ally as the Mole lol. The last two episodes both had Ally mention "I'm on nobody's radar" lol. :P

I also like Aisha and Sam is pretty much the only guy I don't completely hate.

Go Ally <3

Down to 650,000 viewers. It'll be hacked down to one episode a week, or axed entirely, within a fortnight.

Is Seven Network satisfied with the ratings this season?
