Mystery TAR Sightings - Can You Figure These Out?

Found a couple of TAR-like sightings, both were from USA, one in San Antonio, TX and the other one from New Orleans, Louisiana (about 5hrs ago), apologize that I can't seem to find the correct version of these.. ???

I would HARDLY think TAR30 is filming now. It's a local race (Probaly)

There are multiple franchises running. Including TAR Poland about which we know very little.
Local races do not have sound and camera men so this is something...
