I hope that it will be October 1 on your calendar when AR21 telecasts start. The U.S. East Cost is nominally going to start at 8pm EDT, but that could be delayed due to the Ryder Cup final matches.
Besides that here are 3 AFC 4:05pm football games that must finish by 7pm to avoid delaying the start of 60 Minutes which precedes AR21:
Miami @ Arizona — 4:05
Oakland @ Denver — 4:05
Cincinnati @ Jacksonville — 4:05

Well then I'm guessing in my region, it'll be October 1st.

I'm gonna like the srilankins (sp) but i feel that they will fall victim to my 4th place curse (any team i like either gets eliminated first i.e.: Bilal and Sae'eed and Vipul and Arti.. 9th Wanda and desire... or 4th(or close to it) ie dustin and kandece
