There should be some activity of film preparation around the bund at this time, don't forget to notice if teams are departing by bus or taxi... There's a possibility that they might take some suggestion from China Rush 2 production to go visit rural China?

It would be interesting to know which team was lost for over an hour...

Zouly,

I actually hope you are right about rural China. However, teams frequently take taxis to the international airports for departure relating to the next leg. In this case it would be Pudong airport.

They are heading to Jakarta.
Anybody can help us check informartion about when will this plane leave?

GA 895  Garuda Indonesia    10:05 AM       3:25 PM

Only direct flight according to flightstats. There are possible connections to Singapore that arrive in Jakarta at 4:05 (Singapore Air 960) and 4:20 PM (Garuda Indonesia 831).

Although GA895 is the only nonstop flight, there are these flight combinations through TPE, ICN or HKG that get to Jakarta sooner:

BR6371 PVG TPE 0315 0552 (landed) connecting to CI5855 TPE CGK 0810 1205 or
CI5828 PVG TPE 0330 0515  connecting the same

UX61    PVG HKG 0440 0633 connecting to GA873 HKG CGK 0900 1240 or
HX9232 PVG HKG 0500 0700 connecting the same

HX9232 PVG ICN 0420 0718 connecting to GA839 1035 1540 or
KE235   PVG ICN  0505 0735 connecting to same

If they arrive that late in the afternoon in Jakarta and go on to another destination, I expect it will be well into the evening when they get there. Most likely they will have an HoO to equalize everyone the next morning.

If they stay in Jakarta, they may have time to get a leg in.

GA895, most racers are in this flight.

Clue is
make your way to the Alun Alun in Bangkalan and "roll" with the bulls

The winner of this leg will win Express Pass!!!!!!
2nd leg winner win Express Pass...1st time...

Maybe there is a 2nd express pass. Do we know if the winners of the 1st leg got one?

edit - Looks like Leafsfan and I had the same thought at the same time. :)

I'm so glad that they're going to Madura island, lots of cultures to be explore...

Speculated route:

1. From JUANDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT,

2. teams are either take a taxi or provided cars,

3. cross the SURAMADU BRIDGE

4. arrive in Madura island, and engage in Karapan Sapi (Bull racing)

Are they going to take a train or connect with a flight? I'll check train's schedule in Gambir then go to Soetta Airport

Train is also quite possible if they wanna make it an overnight journey to Surabaya,

I'm pretty sure they wanna have the Bull racing event during the day not the night time... :P

I also believe they flew to Surabaya too.  Juanda International Airport is the third largest and third busiest airport in Indonesia.

Via a connector at Jakarta?

If you mean flight connections thru Jakarta, then yes.

If they don't fly to Surabaya then the train option gives:   Seat 61

Quote
Jakarta to Surabaya by train...

Lots of trains link Jakarta with Surabaya, via at least two major routes, but the best Jakarta-Surabaya train is the 'Argo Bromo Anggrek' service, which is Executive class only, modern and air-conditioned, snacks and mineral water included in the fare.  It has comfortable reclining seats with footrests.  There is both a daytime service and a time-effective overnight service.  However, the night trains no longer have sleepers, just seats.

Yeah I also think that they will go by train since the train station is closer to Madura than airport

Since flying arrives 6:00 pm Tuesday and Bull Racing is in next day (Wednesday) daylight, the Train option, arriving Wednesday at 5:44 or 7:30 am, is effectively equivalent.

I don't like that idea, to be honest. One power is more than enough for me. Let's just hope the prize for the winner of the first leg is just a regular trip
