Sorry unlike you in the states airdates are anounced 2-3 weeks before the airdate.

As an Australian I agree with this - I'd even say 2-3 weeks is being generous. In some cases shows I watch have gone from 'coming soon' to its on in three days with no warning.

I guess you have a point.
Once apon a time went form comming soon to Tuesday 7:30 in the last week or so.
