Interesting link, Leafsfan! :)

Assuming all of that info is actually true, then I speculate that 26 will be returning castaways and 25 will be newcomers.

25 has apparently 3 returnees:

S2: Michael
S13/16:Jonathan
S19: Russell Swan

At least Colton's not one of them ;)

Amen to that !!!!!

Ooh, I kind of like this idea. Gives three people a chance to play the game again, but it's not three people who have been shoved down the throats of viewers.

I haven't watched a full season of Survivor in forever, but I might actually watch S25.
I thought that when we fought, I was to blame
Now I know you play a different game
I've seen you dance with danger; still wanting more
Add another number to the score

I totally get and am 100% behind a second chance for Mike and Russell. My question is why give Penner a 3rd chance? Also, I thought the theme was for medivac'd/medically pulled players to return, and Penner wasn'-he just got outplayed-twice!

It's pretty interesting! I might watch Survivor Philippines that because My home is where is from.

Those are the 3/4 colors of the Philippines Flag.. could we have a white merge color?
I would LOVE a white buff.  :hrt:

Well it could be black like every other season or it could be another color with red/yellow/blue being the recent scheme they use :res:

Fun Fact- Merge Colors
Green (Rattana, Moto Maji, Palau Merge(if there was no Ulonging), Dabu, Forza )
Orange (Barrumundi, Alinta)
Pink (Soliantu)
Yellow (Chuay Jai, Te Tuna)
Red (Jacare, Xhakum, Libertad)
Black (Balboa, Gitanos, Aitutonga, Hae Da Fung, Yin Yang, Murlonio, Tikiano)
Blue (Chaboga Mogo, Nobag, Aiga)
Purple (Bula Bula)

Black= Overused :lol:

Penner was medivac'ed from Micronesia with a serious knee infection.

I hope they bring back Penner too...I would rather have seen him as a villain instead of Coach

I'm so excited that Survivor finally landed in the Philippines.  :conf:

Our country is very beautiful (at least most parts)

and if not for our politicians, it would be even prettier and less poor.

I thought Jeff was referring to our Congress members when he was talking about "sharks and snakes" in the season 25 preview  :lol3:

SPOILERS BELOW:

According to a local film director here by the name of Theodore Boborol (he said from his source) and was posted on April 23, 2012 when filming of Season 25 is underway...

Spoiler 1: Survivor Season 25 will be called Survivor Philippines.
We already this by now to be correct

Spoiler 2: There are 3 tribes at the start consisting of 6 castaways.
We already this by now to be correct(3 tribes) I am not sure with the members of each tribe though

Spoiler 3: There are now 5 castaways left on the island. They're part of a 6-person alliance that got to the end.

Spoiler 4: The Top 5 consists of 2 males and 3 females.

Spoiler 5: One of the female castaways in the Top 5 is Brazilian. The other 2 females are Caucasian.

Spoiler 6: I don't have much info about the 2 males in the Top 5 except that one is young and the other one is old.

My insider contact also told me that they're now rehearsing for Survivor 26. There will be 20 castaways for the 26th season, 2 tribes of 10.

I just come up with an idea of a twist called Hidden Double-Vote Idol. Anyone that finds and uses this idol before the tribal council can vote twice in this episode.

Nice banner.

The man is wearing a "salakot" a local hat-head umbrella which can be made of sasa, coconut leaves or anahaw leaf. That is usually an image of a farmer, the Philippines being an agricultural country. He is maybe holding a spear representing the various tribal indigenous groups here or maybe a fishing spear to symbolize the other means of living here; fishing

the two sankes at the bottom are cobras. We have the local cobra called "ulupong" which has a deadly venom and sometimes kill farmers because they have the propensity for laying themselves out in the sun and when people stepped on them, death most of the time.

The two reptiles on the sides I presume to be crocodiles, which we also have here (and yes they can represent our politicians too lol) and we call 'buwaya'. One was caught recently at Agusan marsh and is the largest saltwater croc caught alive.

If they are not crocs then maybe they are the local monitor lizards we call "bayawak'

I also see the Mountain Province Rice Terraces there as well as a few green mountains/islands. the two designs flanking the S and R of the Survivor logo are tribal designs, not sure but similar to that of the Maranaos.

the PHILIPPINES below the big Survivor (outside the logo) are actually not Filipino. It's japanese-the font style, I mean.

Usually Filipino fonting is a bamboo styled ones, bamboo being so common here.

They indeed are filming Season 26 in the same location. Shooting started on May 18. 20 castaways. 2 tribes of 10.

DEF returning Teams. But more of a second chances/Unfinished Business I think. Survivors who either got screwed badly or screwed themselves badly. NOT a classic AllStars.
