TAR25 & TAR22 connections/coincidences:
1.) 5 teams on flight 1, 6 teams on flight 2.
2.) New twist introduced and everyone (especially those on the 1st flight) was determined to win it.
3.) Last team to get on flight 1 won the leg.
4-5.) Brooke & Robbie and Mona & Beth was last at some pint in the leg, but both teams caught up in the roadblock. They finished 3rd and 4th respectively at the roadblock, but one team got ahead of them at the pit stop. Coincidentally, the one team that got ahead of them were FF teams.
6.) Beach destinations definitely.
7.) Jump off from a cliff and jump off from a plane. Either way, I love the view.
8.) Roadblock with sand, and digging.
9.) Sign-up sheet for flights. Two teams per flight.
10-11.) Mona & Beth and Michael & Scott got to the sign-up board 3rd to the last, but they were both on the last flight. The team that got ahead of them (Max & Katie and Lisa & Michelle) struggled at the roadblock.
12-14.) The roadblock quitting and intense footrace. 3 teams: firefighters, couple, and blondes. The couple suggested the quitting in both seasons.
15-16.) The teams that finished 7th are couples. They were from the first flight, but they were last on the sign-up sheet. Their struggles in the roadblock also made them take a while.
17.) When 10 teams were present at the roadblock, the 1st team already checked in.

Did I miss any? :) Please let me know.

20.) The teams who received the special 1st place prize are couples.
21.) The Pit Stop greeters are female.

TAR26 Karma:
After Kurt & Bergen gave their date night pass to Matt & Ashley, they won a better prize by winning the following leg.

Adam & Bethany were 1st on the start of the final roadblock. However, they left last and finished last on the final leg.

Hayley & Blair were also 1st on the start of the second roadblock, but she lost their million after the roadblock.

In TAR23, Chester & Ephraim were eliminated due to the extreme flight drama. When the Bunnies outsmarted the Exes that leg with the flight drama, the Exes U-turned the Bunnies on Leg 8. Take note, Tim & Marie survived as team number 8 when Chester & Ephraim were eliminated.

In TAR26, Harley & Jonathan were eliminated due to flight problems as well. When the Legal Team outsmarted the Hairstylists on the leg Harley & Jonathan were eliminated, the Hairstylists U-turned the Legal Team on Leg 8. Take note, Matt & Ashley also survived as team number 8 when Harley & Jonathan were eliminated.

Coincidence? Check these out too:

The last 4 seasons had the EP used on the 8th Leg. Coincidentally, those EPs were all used on detours.

TMZ's "look good" and "do good" comment on the cheerleaders backfired to their detour performance.  :funny: :funny: :funny: Seriously, who finishes a 4 by 4 slider puzzle in almost 4 hours!? :groan: :wtf: :wall:

TAR23's Leg 6 had a wind-related FF. Jason & Amy attempted it but failed, so they went back to the main route and checked in at the pit stop in 3rd-to-the-last place.

TAR27's Leg 1 had a wind-related FF. Justin & Diana attempted it but failed, so they went back to the main route and checked in at the pit stop in 3rd-to-the-last place (as well).

What would I consider ironic?

In TAR Aus 3, John & Murray gave Carla & Hereni an EP. On a certain leg, John & Murray were eliminated, and they were against Carla & Hereni for last.
In TAR24, the Cowboys gave CaroJen an EP. On a certain leg, Cowboys were eliminated while CaroJen, the team right in front of them that time, was fighting for last.
In TAR27, Tanner & Josh gave Denise & James Earl an EP. On this recent leg, both teams were fighting for last, while Tanner & Josh were eliminated.

Could this open up a new curse?  :funny:

In TAR Can 2, at the train station going to Paris, Pierre & Michel promise not to U-Turn Alain & Audrey to their face, then do just that. They are eliminated that leg after being stuck on the Roadblock for nearly 8 hours.

Vanessa & Celina and Vanessa & Pamela
Both are sisters teams
Both are saved by To be continued legs
Both seasons when they raced had a final 3 consist of 2 M/M teams and a F/F team and the dominant teams not win

Darius & Cameron finished last on the last task but were saved by a team's mistake on the way to the pit stop.

The following leg, Darius & Cameron could've finished 8th on the last task.
This time, they saved a team because they were eliminated due to Darius' mistake.

TAR28:

In leg 3, Jessica helped Cole extensively during the roadblock.
In leg 4, Jessica received no help from other teams at the roadblock and it resulted in their elimination.. :(

The first 5 legs were won by Kiwis. The last 5 were won by Aussies.

And then, be warned of spoilers if you haven't seen TAR Aus v NZ.

For TAR Aus 1's Penultimate Leg, Matt & Tom were eliminated despite being the only team not to have a penalty that leg. Very ironic, and that'd mean they would have a bigger time gap with the other 3 teams if those 3 other teams had no penalty.

TAR11 & TAR21:

~When it came to the final 6 teams, there was a flight drama that put 2 teams almost a day behind the 4 other teams just for missing one flight.
~The leg with 6 teams remaining was first a NEL.
~The 4th, 5th, and 6th placers on the NEL remained on their respective placements on the next leg. All those 3 teams are far behind all the other teams.
~The bottom 3 during the final 6 is composed of a dating couple, a gay team, and a team who had trouble with the locals (or at least a cab driver).
~When it came down to the last 5 teams, Frankfurt Airport was involved, and a delayed flight happened in both seasons.
~One of the 2 teams who were almost a day behind everyone else eventually won the race.

If this happens in TAR31 as well…

Charla & Mirna, Gary & Mallory, and Brendan & Rachel never got a 1st on their original seasons, but they won at least 2 legs on their returning seasons. Coincidentally, they all made it to the F3 and placed 3rd in their returning seasons.

Meanwhile, all teams who finished 2nd on returnee seasons were originally 4th-placed teams.

The most ironic thing for TAR29 so far is Liz & Mike having the most leg prizes (2) yet also having the most last place arrivals to the mat. Leg 1 was an EL but someone had a penalty. Leg 5 was Keep On Racing. Leg 7 was NEL.
