Amazing Race coincidences/irony/karma/poetic justice

Darius & Cameron finished last on the last task but were saved by a team's mistake on the way to the pit stop.
The following leg, Darius & Cameron could've finished 8th on the last task.
This time, they saved a team because they were eliminated due to Darius' mistake.
Marionete:

In leg 3, Jessica helped Cole extensively during the roadblock.
In leg 4, Jessica received no help from other teams at the roadblock and it resulted in their elimination.. :(

The first 5 legs were won by Kiwis. The last 5 were won by Aussies.

For TAR Aus 1's Penultimate Leg, Matt & Tom were eliminated despite being the only team not to have a penalty that leg. Very ironic, and that'd mean they would have a bigger time gap with the other 3 teams if those 3 other teams had no penalty.
