Agreed. It was Savaii's stupidity to cause them to be Pagonged. All they had to do was make Cochran feel part of the tribe, and he wouldn't have flipped...

I think Cochran has played a stupid game, he could have made himself more likable around camp, he could have tried harder in the challenges, but the biggie for me, he should have volunteered to go to Redemption Island and manned up. He would have earned some respect in camp. Who besides Brandon has an ounce of trust in Cochran?  :torche

this is the first time-- in all the seasons of Survivor-- that I'm so disgusted I can't watch it at all.  I check in here to see what's up.  Can't end soon enough for me.

Hello everyone, this is my first post in a very long time.

I believe the biggest mistake Savaii made was voting out Elyse.  :(  She may have been close to Ozzy, but she was way more trustworthy than cochran!!!

I think the main problem with Cochran is that he is a nerd on a tribe where most of the people can do well in challenges, and two of the most important people of that tribe were classic "jocks".  Ozzy, especially, is one who prefers challenges to a lot of strategy.  I doubt any nerd would do well on such a tribe.

And actually, I think the Nicaragua season was worse!  I despised Na'Onka and wanted her gone, not Kelly B!  Once Kelly B. was gone, I had little interest in that season.   :groan:

I think we all liked Cochran until he went against our favorites. I don't hate him, but his move was certainly bad.
Anyone could tell Upolu is a big happy love tribe, and Cochran should be smart enough to know he is last on the totem pole still, this time he dropped down a place. Its not rocket science to know that 6th place is better than 7th place  I see his move as a personal move, not strategic. He did not fit in, so he saw this at the chance to get back at his old tribemates. Unless he can wins the Final 7 Immunity Challenge, which hes proven to be bad at, he is most probably out. To add on top of it, various Savaii members HAVE helped Cochran get to where he is, IE,

Ozzy- He sacrificed his own life! Over Cochran, and even trusted him with the idol. Not to forget he made him stay over Semhar & Papa Bear.
Jim- He made sure Semhar went over him, made sure Papa Bear went over him, and devised the plan to save him and vote out Elyse!
Keith-Was part of the Elyse Plan.
Whitney- Was part of the Elyse Plan.
Dawn- Was with Cochran all along, and is getting axed by him.

so I can see why people hate Cochran yes, I am saying his move was more personal and not "I'm a strategy genius!" thing.

Lame show! I am so sick of the entire tribe sending home everyone I want to stay! Keith, Jim, Ozzy, Whitney, Dawn all gone!

I hope Ozzy can get back into the game!

I find Cochran's case of "I'm not going to let the stones decide my fate at the tribal council" lame. If Ozzy were to give him the idea to ensure that he does not flip and does not have to pick a stone, he will flip too. He just doesn't like the tribe and it was a PERSONAL move for sure. It didn't seem like a strategic move at all. It just makes him lose his votes. Maybe he sees it as a case to get to the final 3 because people would want to vote for him, but seriously, I think that's just naive thinking. Things don't happen this way in Survivor... you don't just want to advance further in the game. He needs to WIN VOTES from the jury. By going against his tribe, that's like at least 5 votes he threw away from the jury, okay maybe not Dawn's... but IMO, I think he's playing as bad as a game as Brandon. No wonder they are like good friends. They like to piss the jury off and not win.

If I'm in the game, I'll make sure they are in the F3 with me. I'll win with a landslide vote.

Okay I watched the episode anyway. I have a feeling we're going to see Dawn in the next allstars. Just a feeling.
