I don't know, I thought the brothers were pretty animated in their interviews.
Unrelated to the final, wasn't there supposedly a team that had to quit because one of them was the mayor of a town or something? What happen to that?

There was suppose to be a team of two middle aged men and one of them was the mayor of the city of Ashkelon. A few days prier to the race Ashkelon was bombed by Gaza strip and the mayor felt obligated to stay in his town. I am not sure if there were suppose to be 12 teams of if the men were replaced by an alternate team in the last minute.
Personally I think the entire thing was a hoax to get the media intrested and that team was never meant to be part of the cast to begin with. Formerly that's the story.
