There are 3 hour and a half at leass between every ferry so I'M HOPING AND PRAYING there's an equalizer with the ferry so we don't have to see that UGLY TRASHY whiteboard to control the timing to keep the difference between every team.

I'm pretty sure we'll get to see the white board :D

Well there wasn't even a white board, to me they released the teams from the Colonia ferry terminal according to the arriving time at the pit stop just like last season, really boring. It was a predictable episode with the same predictable winners and an obvious eliminated team. The needle task should had been a roadblock, not the lemon task. The best thing about last episode it was colonia, really beautiful, i want to be there someday.

But we know there is something going on in the next episodes that will change everything. It has to be between Montevideo and San Pedro de Atacama because we know the positions changed A LOT in San Pedro with the cousins and Rick and Kathy at the top and both colombian teams at the bottom. My bet? the Santiago leg. In Montevideo i think we won't see a lot of changes but something happened in Santiago and the positions were not the same.

I thought it was a good episode, better than Tigre and Colonia, some of the tasks were better and it was really fun to watch the teams dancing. I hope this will get better the next episode.

Between the stilts, skates, dresses, and bicycles, I believe the main reason this leg exists is to humiliate the racers.

I finally caught up with all 5 eps this season. I didn't like how the challenges didn't have anything to do with the locales (well most of them, anyway. I only remember the key roadblock in Montevideo that is unique to the place). And I hope there's a shuffle in team placements in future legs, especially the top 3.

And it seems the next leg was made to make the teams suffer.

It was a nice leg, it had difficult challenges!

It looks like what will finally change the positions are the empanadas eating challenge in San Pedro!

Well Rick did a challenge with heights and even mentioned his fear for heights, so to me that's the task he was talking about.

It is a low budget season, because we don't have sponsors. But it is a really good season, and a good cast. Way better than TARLA 2. I think if you could understand spanish a little bit it wouldn't suck for you...

I think this is more of an average season than a sucky season, a sucky season was TARLA 2 in every way, even if it had a bigger budget it didn't work because most of the tasks were idiots, the cast was pretty dull and the editing was a joke.
The biggest problem is that the teams are not changing positions, the same top 3 for 4 legs. THANK GOD we know this is gonna change the next leg.. i don't know why, but it's gonna change hugely,

Thanks to the delicious empanadas... everything will change because of that! :D

Agree! TARLA 2 had a huge budget, and it sucked. This season doesn't have a huge budget and it's average, and TARLA 1 had a big budget and was pretty good... so, budget is not everything... it also needs good teams (not only athletes), good locations and tasks.

Hopefuly is the empanada task, is a luck task. The lock-key challenge was a luck task too but it didin't change the order. Plus pushing the big plastic ball in the hill is more like a balance challenge, that could be really complicated for a strong person like Juan.

Does anybody know how this season is doing, rating wise? & was last season's rating so bad that Discovery Channel dropped it?

It's really hard to tell... i think the producers look at the results in the biggest countries but we don't have numbers.
