RFF TAR GAMES
« on: September 18, 2011, 12:41:00 PM »
Looking for our RFF TAR games??

They are here again!!  :hearts:

Mswood's well known RFF TAR 19 Pick'em Game can be found here:
http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php/topic,26238.0.html

Prepare to think...laugh your socks off...and REALLY see the episodes like never before!

And this year redwings is hosting the Prediction game here:
http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php/topic,26243.0.html

Well known for his challenging and well run games, this one will combine weekly predictions with an element of team performance and mini-games.

While being familiar with spoilers never hurts, both hosts make an effort to not let the questions be dependent on spoilers...so spoiled or not, give them a look!

Check them out! You'll be glad you did!! I never knew how much fun these could be until I played, but you will have a blast!

MORE TAR FUN every week!  :yess:

Are there games totally and completely without spoilers that I can join? I love me TAR games but, unlike most here, I absolutely hate spoilers, they ruin the whole viewing experience for me. I don't wanna click on a game thread and read some cotdam spoilers someone posts by accident  (:;)

The game board is actually a no spoiler board, and there are lots of TAR games to join\participate in that have nothing to do with the current season. ;) Hope to see you there! :waves:

Hate spoilers? :faint:

You will be perfectly safe EXCEPT perhaps in the two RFF TAR 19 games (mswood's and redwings).

Despite their best efforts, since we are talking about the upcoming week...spoiler bias does sometimes creep in. Or someone might mention something. Any of the others in the game board should be fine!

Enjoy! There are lots of signups ongoing right now, good time to jump on in!

A prediction game where spoilers are permitted? That don't make much sense, does it? Kinda defeats the whole purpose, innit? Hahaha

It's hard to separate spoilers from the culture here

But trust me, I played last season with full knowledge of the spoilers and still had trouble with a lot of the questions. They come up with creative things that no one could know from spoilers.

Here's last season's first episode questions http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php/topic,24620.msg589824.html#msg589824
That episode was fully spoiled with an RFF member following teams around Manly, but there were plenty of unknowns in the questioning here.

They are not so much permitted as widely known. We ARE a spoiler board, there are pages and pages of spoilers here, most of our readers are very up on them. Both our prediction games' hosts work hard to ask questions that are non- specific for spoilers...but they may creep in. So don't say you weren't warned.

Not saying you will get spoiled, just that in other prediction games here sometimes people do comment on the questions.

And just a reminder that once something is in the media it is is no longer considered a spoiler. That goes for previews, promos, articles. So if you have been avoiding news about the cast and locations...that info is widely available.

Up to you!! redwings games are a blast, you will have fun. But if you 100% must not hear anything about the eps, then you may be safer in the FANTASY games.

Thanks for the warning, I think I'll pass on redwings's game then, sadly. I don't wanna risk reading some spoiler tidbit by accident.

Pass on the FANTASY games as well - when I see "Fantasy", I can't help but think of Dungeon & Dragons cards, zit-faced losers in pointy hats and whatnot. I mean, I admit I'm a major dork, not just that kind  :lol3:
