Adam thinks that Keith will come out fighting after the three weeks of only sleeping and eating but porchse will be more appreciative and keith will hold a grudge and adam is on the fence with it.

Adam is talking about how he got his bacon shirts back, four in total

Jeff tells Adam that he knew he was going to come on and pull the bacon stuff,

Adam says that it is from home and they are hold and not new shirts.

Adam's thing was that he was willing to give up metal, bacon and BH 90210 for three months to be in teh house for three months.

Jeff says that normally he times it so that his workout happens on the elliptical and then when teh sun goes away he does his weights and showers and then it is dinner time.

Cassie wants to know how the food Keith is eatting is.

Adam forgot to flip the towel, says he and jeff are sweat buddies now.

adam was talking to his doctor before he came into the house about quiting smoking, but now....

dominic is outside and he has brought a blanket with him for the hammock and jeff says that dom is has a blankie.

Dom tell Jeff to get a blanket and his girl and lie int eh hammockw tih her, it would be romantic.

Dom says he has to deal wtih people working out right next to him.

Dom wants to knwo if they like when other guys pump them up at the end of the set.

Jeff says it depends--he knows Adam is doing it to be nice.
Dom laughs when his friends at home do it and he starts to laugh and tell them to shut out.

Adam is sad they took his workout gloves and he now has caluses.
