According to Harri's twitter this new brazilian version would be the only one in Space this year.

All right. We have a tweet from Harris stating that he won't host TARLA this year. We also have confirmation from the Globo website stating that it would be exclusive for brazilians.

Now i find this and frankly i don't even know what to believe in anymore.

At least there's a glimmer of hope. :duno:

If i'm honest with you, i don't think the person behind the facebook account knows a thing about the show. Maybe i'm wrong but not only Harris has confirmed the brazilian version would be the only season this year, one of the general producers too (in twitter).

Now a person has asked if there is going to be a TARLA with teams from all latin america and the Space person in facebook said yes, ... aside from the brazilian one, it would be a TARLA 4.

The official facebbok page of Space has confirmed multiple times that is going to be a new season of TARLA aside the new brazilian version. So it seems that we'll have 2 versions of the show racing in Latin America this year.

I would prefer that they do one good race instead of two poor races. I would prefer it to be the Latin American version, but if it is just Brazil i would be happy if it is a good race.

Brazil's asking for a passport...so i guess the two versions will be around Latino América...i'm hoping that TAR Brazil be like the American Version, like, with equalizers...

I seriously doubt that Space has a budget for two races. If they go ahead with two races in one year then most likely will be a snore-fest.
Two mediocre races or one good balanced race..mhh i wonder what it's the best choice... :groan:

I guess Brazil has enough population to have a version of their own, like they did in 2007 with A Corrida Milionaria. Apparently canal Space has all the rights to produce this show in Latin America, therefore they are able to produce multiple versions. Let's see what will happen.
With Brazil (and hopefully Mexico too) having they're own versions, it'll give the smaller countries more opportunity to have a team in the race.

True, deadline was March 1st so I guess they should record it indeed throughout May and June....and the upcoming version(s), including Latin America, should starts accepting its application soon since they've been saying the following on Space's official FB-page, translated into english:
"We're currently coordinating to announce the application dates for the Latin American version. At the moment we don't have the exact dates confirmed, but they applications will be opened"!
