The Big Time
« on: August 02, 2011, 01:48:32 PM »
The producer of Amazing Race is looking for chefs for a new show called The Big Time. According to a less-than-specific release, the show is seeking chefs "who are almost ready to 'break out'" and want to "demonstrate their skills on an internationally recognized platform." Early reports about the program say that each episode will feature four people with the same dream, be it chef stardom or NASCAR racing. The group will be mentored and jockey for a chance to live the aforementioned dream. The winning "act" gets to "work alongside a master chef," and run a "world-class kitchen" in a "Michelin stared [sic] restaurant." Oh, and the show is presented by Budweiser, so contestants need to be 21 or older...and probably kind of extreme. Here are the details.
