The 63rd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

Nominees will be announced live on Thursday July 14, 2011, at 5:40 a.m. PDT by Melissa McCarthy (Mike & Molly) and Joshua Jackson (Fringe)

Awards will be hosted by Jane Lynch on Sunday, September 18, 2011 on FOX

Outstanding Writing (a well deserved, and long overdue win) in a Drama Series is to Jason Katims, for the finale episode "Always" of Friday Night Lights.

If you haven't seen the series its available online, on DVD, and if you have access to ESPN Classic, repeats from the beginning of the series are being aired on that channel on Thursdays and Fridays nights.
