Never seen "The Good Wife", but I'm sure it'll be fine. Ever since the Race moved to Sunday night, the show that follows it usually gets a huge lead-in. But "Rules of Engagement" on Saturday at 8?! That's TV suicide. Airing a show on Friday or Saturday night usually means that the network has kinda given up on that show, in one way or another.

I can't comment of Rules of Engagement, but "The Good Wife" stands on its own. It will do well in any reasonable time slot. Following The Amazing Race is a good time slot.
