The C/A "domestic" appears to be at the Denpasar airport.
And if we can believe the editing, then the pitstop is somewhere in the Citadel; you can see the flag monument as the teams leave their cabs and cross the moat (photo source).
The Khai Dinh tomb is south of town.

Probably the Hien-Lamb Pavilion, which was the Pit Stop in TAR Asia's leg there and was where the TAR3 teams picked up their clue at the pavilion.

Hopefully we'll get another shot of a team looking through that random archway into the empty field, like we did with Ken & Gerard in TAR3 and Niroo & Kapil in TARA3.
