I don't see Zev/Justin U-Turning the Cowboys. I don't know why, I just don't. Based on the promo, the Globetrotters look like they could have U-Turned the Cowboys but who knows. I think that in all likelihood, the Cowboys were U-Turned by either Kent/Vyxsin or the Globetrotters. I also have a feeling that since it's a W-Turn, the other W-Turn'd team may not be as obvious. Zev/Justin did look like they were struggling at the fondue but the reason is unknown. I have a feeling the other W-Turn'd team is either Kent/Vyxsin or even Gary/Mallory because of their Speed Bump (I hope that Gary/Mal aren't U-Turned though)

Thanks, and sorry for the longish post

The Goths couldn't have U-Turned the cowboys as they have already used up their U-Turn.

Ah whoops! I forgot about that! Thanks for reminding me XD.

I think #21 is the path leading up to Gutenberg Castle in Balzers - looking for some corroborating evidence.
They grow grapes on the side of the hill.
Looks like a good place for a pit stop.

There are several things I already find odd about this upcoming episode:
1. We have yet to see the W-Turn sign when we have had two previews.
2. TPTB chose to hide the fact that there is a W-Turn in a press release, therefore hiding it from the public at large.

Moreover, what is the meaning of "Why is everyone ganging up on the Cowboys?", as we heard in the latest preview (which did not come from the CBS site).

As for all of this "wild speculation", one can deductively believe that the Cowboys were U-Turned by a team that is definitely not the Goths, based on the two previews we have. I am referring to both the fact that the Cowboys were wearing bellboy outfits while eating the fondue and that the announcer in the second preview is hinting at something of the like. However, the latter may come to nothing.
Moreover, we have no evidence that any other team was U-Turned.
Physics alone is not enough.

On another note, wow at the sudden sporadic growth of Cowboy-lovers in RFF. *blank face*

They were always there, but they just started posting recently!

I see a lot of possibilities for small mistakes to mess up a whole task this time. With the roadblock a wrong turn could add an extra kilometer to the odometer and cause them to have to do it all over again. With the luggage carrying losing a tag or receipt may force them to have to track it down before continuing. And as someone mentioned way back, it is quite possible that losing the bread in the fondue makes them have to drink the Kirsch.
this is exactly why i feel that FT and BE allow Gallory to catch up and indeed use the double uturn if they use it. i feel like it would be the cowboys because no one will see it coming

WP, I thought the Pitstop was in Zermatt. Also wouldn't any shots of teams running to the PS be in the dark? At the fondue detour it looks dark outside already and sunset in Zermatt is before the train even arrives.

The Goths couldn't have U-Turned the cowboys as they have already used up their U-Turn.

I suppose it's a slim possibility, but if this happened to be a Blind Double U-Turn,  the Goths could U-Turn someone.

In picture 19...who is the person on the moped? Helmet does not match any of the ID-ed racers.

It could be Jen or Zev\Justin because the hat under the helmet could either be red or orange.

caps!

It looks like the moped task ends at Balzers and the Cowboys are running next to a vineyard.  Schloss Gutenberg is in Balzers and has a vineyard.

There could very well be a Route Marker or Active Route Marker at the vineyard.

Or the moped task ends at the end of the dashed line, SE of Balzers at the border with Switzerland and the screencap just marks Vyxin's progress so far.

It's highly possible based on other caps that show a dotted line.

I am not saying that the W-Turn was not used. I am just saying that we have no evidence for it yet, if it was. All we have is speculation, based on the Cowboys seen doing the fondue detour, dressed in the bellhop uniforms. It could very well mean that they had to switch detours because of some other reason, not just being U-Turned. Peach has given us some clues.

As far as who we have seen in the moped RB, excluding Zev/Justin. All the other teams will be RB ballanced, except Gary/Mallory. They will be Gary (5) and Mallory (3) after this episode. At this point, Zev (3) and Justin (4). I am wondering if Zev or Justin do the RB.

I'm 90% sure you found another match, raina! :hearts:

The cowboys are holding the map I think so this may be after the roadblock. So the moped path ends down there and they probably head on to Sargans which is not far at all.

Good job!  :jam:
And to alleviate any confusion - Balzers Castle, Gutenburg Castle and Schloss Gutenberg are all the same place.

Caps 1 and 2 from the Promo 1 video are also from the Balzers Castle. I would suspect that this location is a route info location after the moped RB, that is if they measure all the way to the Swiss border SE of Balzers.

This screencap from the preview is the Swiss border crossing that is SE of Balzers. You can see Balzers in the background of the screencap. You can almost see the Castle, but it is cut off on the left.
