Well if its anything like the last series, where there wasn't even a single Chinese racer(!), my guess is that you can be any nationality. Although saying that, all of the last racers were all living in China, so it may be that this is a requirement.
Finally, an Amazing Race that I'm eligible for!

It would be! I wish the American Race would allow this. It would make for a great storyline.
