I know this happened as recently as leg 9 of TAR29, but I can't remember.
Is it written in the task infromation for teams that there is a limited number of stations for a detour? Or do they just find that out once on location?

Is there a place to see the filming dates of each season compiled in one place?

Perfect, thank you, Peach!

Actually, uh, that is pretty much the one thing I haven't been covering. All I have on the Wiki is basic filming start and end dates such as "June 10 – July 2, 2016"

If anybody wants to provide me with more specific filming dates, feel free to send them to me in a PM (or make a thread here...?) and I will put them in, but I don't have time to research that stuff myself.

If you do, please don't forget the Pit Start date (ie, the finale of TAR 20 needs not only the day they were in Chicago, but also the day that they flew out of South Korea)

You can check Oval's Timelines. I would think start and finish dates would be enough for the wiki but leg dates are there as well in a "to the best of our knowledge" way.

I think they find out once they see it on the clue? Not too sure, but that's how I understand it when I see it happens.
Lowkey lurking until TAR returns.
I'm back!!!

Hey, have we as a community ever figured out where the "Surf Rescue" task in the TAR20 finale took place? After all these years, it's still listed on most sites as just "Beach"

When is the soonest after a season is filmed that it can air (i.e. how long does it take to edit a season for broadcasting)?

I believe it was Season 6? Just 2 months and 4 days after the final leg, they begin to air

Off the top of my head, I know TAR14 had none.

Pretty sure about 27, 26, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 16, 14, 13, 12, 9, 8 but that shouldn't count, 6, 5, and 2.

Maybe 4 and 7 as well?

I think 10 too. Korean Air would've connected through Seoul and United would've connected through SFO.
