I can't tell...I was thinking Justin. Whoever it is does an incredible mud dive and clearly comes up happy, presumably with the froggie.

Zev seemed pretty perturbed by the mud in the first promos, which would be not uncommon for Aspergers, so I :duno:

Well, he's obviously less bothered by it than I would be.  Although I hate cold water, I hate getting dirty even less, so I'd go for the cold water one.

Just some thoughts.........or spec if you like.

1) the car park is at Terminal 2, Narita.........from the spotter at the airport....the crew hustled the teams off to their cars when they cleared customs. This might explain why it takes teams so long to get to Kamakura....they dont know the way and have to spend a lot of time asking directions.

2) Jamie/Cara missed a freeway split and got on the wrong freeway, pulled off to get directions or turn around and then had the crash trying to get back on the freeway. GE driving directions from Narita to Kamakura is close to that accident.

3) the chest bumper is Cord. Peach, instead of Justin taking that face plant, I think it is Cord. Cord does not have a suntan. Justin does. The body diving in the mud does not have a tan. The person doing that dive, saw a frog and is diving for it, before anyone else sees it.

I thought the mud jumper was one of the hired-hand mud slingers   :duno:

I am not convinced about Cord even being there.

My Random thoughts:

J/C are playing catch up...do they also get a penalty?

Luke is posting that he drove in Japan...which may be illegal. Also hinting that there could be a penalty for that.

Luke and Margie clearly will be forced to do mud...as Luke cannot hear the song that must be learned. Really, CBS?? grrr.

DO M&M come back and try the muid?? Or are they donedonedone and Phil goes to them?

Could our Pitstop be the floating shrine area, since we have no idea why we are seeing that?

And where is this and why are we seeing it now?

okay...I think I am done. :funny:

That's the Shibuya scramble, taken from a "Hachiko" viewpoint. (GE equivalent below). The other two "downtown" caps were from Shinjuku.

Just rewatched the preview...is Kent singing too in the rB? If so both a RB and a Detour have a non-deaf friendly challenge.

TarJunkie999 identified this  as in Hiroshima. Hiroshima is at the far western end of the Inland Sea......way way at the end of Honshu Island. Hiroshima is near Kure past Osaka if you hunt it down on GE. It is so far away as to be VERY impractical to be the Pit Stop.

No. 1 appears to be the famous floating torii at Itsukushima Shrine, in Hiroshima prefecture.  A bit out of the way, but makes for a pretty shot for television.   :colors

even if that plane got delayed that they missed the connection, Hong Kong has hourly flights to Tokyo anyway.

They are there at the same time as the "mud jumper" who cannot be Cord because Cord is shown there.

Looks like the tent is designated as a male changing room.  Hopefully Keisha & Jen respect the sign this time.  ;)

Well, I think that they are playing with the "light" in the previews. It looks so much darker, than in the released still photos. It looks to me that, that one guy is reaching down to get a handful of mud to throw. If so, it aint Jet. But all will be very clear tonight....

Here's my guess at the time order:

Jet & Cord

Kisha & Jen

Kent & Vyxsin

Zev & Justin

Gary &  Mallory

So what in the world happens to Gary and Mallory, they are on the first flight. I can't imagine Gary struggling with the RB either.
But then again their troubles have never been with tasks, but between them. They're like the cowboys that way.

Finding a frog in that mud is a needle in the haystack challenge...it could take forever.

PLUS...we really don't know where the pitstop is...if there is still more driving/possibility of getting lost...then I think the finish order at the MAT may be quite a bit different from the finish order at the RB.

And we cannot say that the Trotters/water detourers are ahead of mudders either....we don't know.

So I would be cautious at claiming the RB finish times for the MAT times...I personally am not sure they connect.

I was just wondering why G/M apparently took so long to arrive at the mud. Maybe they got lost again?
