As I mentioned on the contestants thread about Flight Time and Big Easy.  With the Globetrotters being in Orlando on Nov27 and the race already started today, there is a little or no chance of them going on the race again.

Just keep thinking that......they can field 3 different shows at one time.......and usually do. All performing in 3 different cities on the same night.

I agree with Dr. Rox. TAR>any Globetrotter show.

A 21 day race will end on Dec 10 and a 22 day race will end on Dec 11.....TARcon is on Dec 12.......hmmmm... A west to east route.....I bet the finish line is around NYC somehere........that way Michael/Kevin and Gary and Mallory and Phil, BVM and Elise can be at the Finale party before TARcon......you heard it here first.....lol

TWoP and RFF should then stage a coup and head down en masse to the (by then spoiled) finish line...

That's solid speculation, but WRP better have the finish line under lock and key to avoid it being spoiled.

Question thats kind of related to season 18, does anyone know if the opening footage was shot in High Def?  Or are we looking at another updated opening.

Even though it is the ten year anniversary......I really doubt that they will be ending at the World's Fair Globe in Flushing again......but I would suspect a whole host of TAR fans being out there....waiting.....like those Russian people at the wood stacking task....lol

If there's any chance of them going to China (shanghai) please email me so that I can look for them!

If this IS the real cast.... (im holding onto hope that it isnt, and other teams are replacing some of these teams)

I'll be rooting for:

Jaime and Cara
Margie and Luke (hope these teams still have their alliance... awww)

Zev and Justin

Jet and Cord

Gary and Mallory
Michael and Kevin

not sure about Kynt and Vyxsin...

Margie and Luke have 2 enemy teams on the cast so they better look out (well they were enemies on TAR 14)

Uhhh im disappointed:(
They might aswell just get rid of some of the other teams and have the 4 other TAR 14 teams compete..
Who didn't make it? Sucks for them.... the 1st team eliminated, the older couple (Bradand Victoria?), Tammy and Victor
, and the blonde girls?

The best way to know if their route will go to Shanghai is to follow the race as it progresses. As soon as the RFF Detectives determine the route, they'll post it.

Another question: do you know if they've left LAX yet? That could help figure out which flights were taken.

The deluge started at approx. 6:30 PST, so I'd be surprised if they were still here.
I strongly suspect Australia is first stop.

They just left Los Angeles.......they have not arrived in Sydney.....if that is where they are headed.......probably either there or Auckland.  You still have time to stalk the airport in Sydney

Gary and Mallory  :hearts: :hearts:
Amanda and Kris  :wohoo:
Margie and Luke  :jumpy:

Zev and Justin  ;)
Jen and Kisha  ;)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Jet and Cord  :'(
Michael and Kevin  :'(

If Brooke and Claire OR Nat and Kat won TAR 17... Than that will make up for the disater that is about to be TAR 18:-/

LOVE both of those teams<3

Could also explain why neither of them are on TAR 18. Although Claire IS pregnant..

Can we stop condemning Season 18 before they even reach their first destination?
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

Just my speculation, what if they are connecting through Sydney to some other country in Oceania?
