Next, the Golden Horse & Jade Chicken Archway:

As a landmark of Kunming, the Golden Horse & Jade Chicken Archway is a traditional piece of architecture. The emblem of the city of Kunming is composed of a golden horse and a jade chicken.
Golden Horse & Jade Chicken Archway is not only a place that you can see the fantastic facet of Kunming. The area around it called Golden Horse & Jade Chicken Square is also a commercial center for tourists as well as locals. Here many stores offer handcrafts of various nationalities.
Do not be anxious to find the way there. When you refer to the Golden Horse & Jade Chicken Square, locals will immediately tell you the right way. This landmark is a significant site to them. The civilization contained in this place will cover a splendid color on this ancient architecture.
Physics alone is not enough.

Those who forget history are sure to repeat it.

It's dead smack in the middle of town - they've a good noodle store there!

Although I'm not sure how the English translation might go through with the locals...

I think this is the general thought at the moment, if I am reading all the threads right.

Leg 1a - Austraila(Los Angeles-Sydney)
TBC--(Cowboys last but no penalties on a TBC for last place)

Leg 1b-Austraila(Sydney-Broken Hill-(rolling pit stop)-Sydney)
Elimination (probably Amanda/Kris)

Leg 2- Japan (Sydney-Toyko)
Elimination (probably Mel/Mike)

Leg 3 - China (Toyko, Japan -Lijiang,China)
NEL  (Kynt/Vyxen last)

Leg 4 -China (Lijiang, China to Kunming,China--now)
Elimination probably

I am sure if I am wrong...there are plenty of people to correct me.

GP, I don't think any of us anticipated this much insanity in a matter of a few days; and that's without the TAR 17 episode that aired tonight. ;)

I would expect teams to be leaving PS within the next few hours, is there any clue to where they are going?

They have been in Asia for 3 legs now, maybe Europe?

If they continue heading west, Europe is the final continent before heading home

After Europe they could easily stop by Africa or South America before heading back to the US. Not to mention island destinations like Bermuda, the West Indies, Iceland, or Jamaica.

This is not a wish list thread...it is a thread for the discussion of known locations. You can take wish lists to the Fantasy thread. Thanks!

I know this isn't the fantasy route thread, but I just thought perhaps from Asia if they flew to Africa they could bypass Europe and go to South America instead.
