IIRC, production generally records the waiting teams at the finish mat before any teams are expected to arrive, then splice in that footage with the actual arrival footage for the final three teams.

That's what I figured.

:) As much as I wanted Brook and Claire to win, I will be satisfied with Nat and Kat winning, which I think is going to happen :(

(If the 6 road block rule still exists)
Claire has to do the roadblock
Jill has to do the roadblock  <---- This tells me they won't do very good.
and either Nat or Kat can do the road block

Thanks Rox!

WRP you are going to drive me crazy:

I know I have seen this street before!

Drove me crazy too!
Cherokee Lane.
Looks like they are on their way from the Rose Bowl to Greystone Park.

You got it!!!  Great work.  Now I can rest!

That route (Coldwater Canyon) is typical from many locations so lets look for any studio or aircraft hangar in the San Fernando Valley.  Lockheed used to be in Burbank and they may have many old hangars.

I am new here to! I actually live in the SoCal/LA region, and if this was filmed in June, then Nat and Kat may be in the lead! SoCal has a lot of June Gloom. This means in the morning of almost evry day in June, it's foggy and miserable! Later on in the day however, it brightens up! So maybe Nat and Kat are actually in the lead! I would like that!!!

Ooh, okay, thanks! That makes a lot of sense, I'm hoping that Nat and Kat are in the lead too!

Hmm so I'm thinking that for the bungee task it will be
1) Nat and Kat
2) Jill and Thomas
3) Brook and Claire

Forgive me if it's been discussed already (I didn't see it, so I think I'm in the clear) but the teams would have to pass through Glendale/Burbank/Studio City to get from the Rose Bowl to Greystone Mansion...any chance they'd do the memory task at one of the soundstages at CBS Studios?

This shot was taken sometime after 2:18 pm (assumes June 15th).

Sorry, no upper bound.  But definitely before 4:10 pm.

Oh, and they are only 5 min from Greystone Mansion!

Not sure if this is significant - but when they are doing the memory task it appears they are using iPads.
Maybe they have to win the iPad version of The Amazing Race to get their next clue?

I  think the roadblock limit will could have a huge impact on the outcome of the race.  I really think Nat & Kat have an advantage here however I'm still confused by their frowns in what may be their final confessional.  I agree that they are in first at the bungee jumping but it's likely that the last challenge is the memory task.  It will probably present them the location to the finish line.  I think that Nat and Kat may get some taxi problems and lose to Jill and Thomas in the end.  What do you guys think?  Did anyone make a poll on who they think will win?

If in fact they do have to play a video game......which team would you expect to be the best "gamers?"

Actually since they have been letting team members do 7 everyone is free to do this last one.

In this cap and possibly N/K's it looks like the teams are referencing some notes or something. This seems to indicate a memory task.

Nevermind about the roadblock limit.  By the way... does anyone like Jill & Thomas?  I personally have no problem with them.  Brook and Claire are obviously the most entertaining and I believe Nat & Kat are very boring.  I like all three finalists but I'm rooting for J/T.  They deserved it!  They are very good at this race.  I wouldn't mind if anyone won and I would also enjoy an all female team winning so this should be a great finale to cap off a great season.

Not that I definitely think they won't win, but Phil pretty much ignoring Jill in the preview really doesn't make me think they'll take it since if they did, Phil would've mentioned them both, not just Thomas.  They still could win, but I don't think so.

Plus, one cap of them both looking very much distressed indicates to me that something might take them out midway through the leg.  Maybe after the bungee.  I don't know.

In the caps, all three teams are clearly looking up on a wall, at their notes, and at the iPads.
What is it with the obssession with iPads?  :cmaslol

If it is a memory task, as indicated by the notes, teams must have to enter their answers in on the iPads.
But what is it that they're all looking at in front of them?

Did anybody catch what Kat says in the taxi in the finale preview?  Jill says "as quickly as you could can possibly go" and Brooke and Clair do their usual thing about being the first female winners.  However, I couldn't hear what Kat said.  It most likely means nothing but I'm just curious.
