The long distance between the two detours in St. Petersburg 1, along with the long taxi ride to the first RB, makes it all the stranger that the only teams with documented money issues were those that didn't switch tasks (Jill/Thomas, Chad/Steph, Michael/Kevin). Comparatively, Nick/Vicki, despite double bald snarking, were apparently fine financially.

Dhaka. If the final two teams went on foot to Lalbagh Fort, it's pretty darned far (about 3.0km/1.9mi), especially in the crowded winding streets!
