Top 8 Boys Performance Discussion
« on: March 11, 2010, 09:24:21 AM »
Who goes home tonight? No one particularly stands out for having a horrible performance.

My guess is, Lee Dewyze who had the misfortune to be first  Another possibility is Alex Lambert who had pitch problems. Singing 2nd wasn't helpful for him and Ellen told him he's becoming a mushy banana.  :lol3:

Aaron Kelly or Todrick Hall could also be sent home, Todrick at least put some life in his performance, sang 7th.

What are your thoughts?

Alex Lambert and Todrick Hall sent home. Not nearly as shocking as the elimination of Katelyn and Lilly.

We have our final twelve.

I'm not as invested in the guys this season.  Love Casey's look but musically not so sure yet.  I just hope the final four is not all under 18 years old.

Not sure if everybody is aware, but there is a fair bit of internet support being generated for Andrew Garcia, thanks largely to youtuber's RayWillaimJohnson, MysteryGuitarMan and TheWillofDC.

Apparently he had a large collection of songs on his youtube account that he had to take down to be able to go on Idol.

I didn't realize that Coutzy. I like Andrew. He's one of the stronger guys although every week the judges gripe that he hasn't done better than Hollywood week with the Paula song.  Personally, I think he has done better in the theater and with the band behind him.

Hollywood week performance:
