This is sad. I hope Eiffel Tower is fine. I wish that all Parisians are fine. Even my uncle's family is in Belgium. Hope we can achieve a world peace.

When I saw the news on TV, the first thought I had was "Oh dear, yet another terrorist attack in Paris." My second thought was "TAR Disaster Curse" and I immediately came to visit this thread.

It's the morning in France. For the moment, 120 are dead, 210 people are injured and 80 of them are serious. School, university, supermarket and others places in Paris are closed for the weekend. The news are horrible, we lived in a nightmare. We speak about 8 terrorist, some of them got an explosive belt. The taxi was free at Paris, some people welcomed some victim. Some subway station are closed. The next days will be terrible for France...

And now ISIS claims responsibility *sighs*

It's truly sad when you realize that like cancer, ISIS cannot be erradicated.
Sure, you can nuke them but not without losing innocent lives.

Absolutely heartbreaking news.

Absolutely a heartbreaking momnet  :'(

i'm not sure if ISIS is involved, bcause one of terrorists were from France, while the rest was from Syria... If they did involve, I think it was kinda a feedback of what US alliance (including France) have done to Syria (they attacked Syria before it happened)... I'm not defending the terrorist and ISIS, but I'm not 100% sure that ISIS did it...

But I wonder, for every famous places in Paris, why near Stade de France tbh ???  Any guess??

ISIS took responsibility. http://edition.cnn.com/2015/11/14/world/paris-attacks/

And here's maybe why France was attacked: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/11995505/Paris-attacks-Why-has-France-been-targeted-again.html

But still.... ugh. Horrible moment that will go down in history for sure.

The stade de France was a place for a soccer match between France and Germany. 80 000 people were Inside the stadium the day of the terrorist attack. 3 terrorist with an explosive belt exploded near the stadium, one of them want to enter in the stadium but he was refused.

And A possible second "actual" disaster between filming and airing of TAR 28:
Show content
Assuming DFW was in fact one of four reported start locations for the season, the Christmas night tornadoes in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex would count. This would make TAR 28 the first since TAR 8 to have multiple occurrences in the same season.

Prayers for those affected by the tornados in Dallas too. Seeing some of the images from the aftermath of the twister is heartbreaking.

I wish we could just start 2016 already instead of waiting for midnight.

The Race went to Chamonix, France.  Today, there was a terrorist attack on the bordering country of Belgium.

Can we stop with these unrelated and strech connections? Its really pathetic to connect TAR to a disaster when there is no correlation
Could we please purge like 2/3 of this thread

Moving on. Please read the description of a "disaster curse" and let's stay close to that okay?
