Asia'h Epperson is the most shocking elimination ever in Idol History, I guess. I hated Lilly.  :lol3:

I second that!

Now another Lily-Allen-sounded-girl is out!  :yess: Buh-bye Lacey!  :wohoo:

I'm not surprised that Lacey was eliminated but it could just as well been Paige and she will go soon.

I wish it was Paige or Urban last night. :'(

i feel that with all the experience that Lacey has if she got a chance to work with some artists on the show she would have gone further and/or done better.

She put her originality on her career. I'm sure she'll have some  music out in no time !

what gengre does anyone know they are doing for next week? I don't recall if ryan mentioned it :colors:

Well that was an expected elimination. I don't know, but I feel that we have too much "excess baggage" this season. We know that Tim, Aaron, Paige, Andrew and Katie possibly aren't gonna win. Michael, Casey and Didi are possibly gonna keep doing the same stuff over and over again and eventually be gone. We're now left with Lee, Siobahn and Crystal who could and I hope go really far. Siobahn is too "extreme" to win it (look at Adam Lambert last season). Hmm.

I think Adam didn't win it because he is Gay. and that's the only reason why. there are still thousands of closed minded people out there .

Siobhan i think  is just alternative, edgy.. gives the veiwers a feeling of anticipation to what will she do next.

look at lady ga ga .. she's off the charts dress and performance wise but still we all wait  and watch on the tv to see what she's gonna do next.

The King of Pop was the same way! :'( rest his soul

out of my 3 i think Siobhan has the best chance to win it

I dunno about Adam not winning because he was gay. I know I voted for him over Kris. The teenyboppers were all gaga over Kris.

I see Crystal, Big Mike, Lee, and of course Siobhan making it to the the final 5 or 6. Andrew will have to pick it up and choose better songs or he won't be around too much longer. I'm not sure about Didi, she might be able to pull it out and make it pretty far. She won't win though. Paige, sad to say won't last too much longer but I'd like to see her do better than she has. The rest of the guys really are a blur to me. They all seem the same, no one stands out.

I am glad that this year they brought back the Judges Save!

   :waves:

OK fav last night was Crystal.  i think they way they softened her up last night was good.  We always get a "rocker chic" who sings Bobby McGee she did it nice.

Siobhan last night was good BUT she reminded me of Sheila Easton" you got the look" video! i think she's too much with the screaming at the end of a song. hope she changes it up!

Lee D!! way to improve buddy!   :jumpy:  played to the crowd, had fun, nice tune!

ok goners for me would be paige and tim possible andrew.

just sliding thru would be arron, big mike, casey, didi(and she was shaky last  nite) and katie is starting to find a groove.

yeah that's all i got folks. not a riveting season at all! :colors

Oh someone agrees with me!! I'm so tired of the scream! Once was good! Twice... Ummmm... Three times... NOOOOOOOOOOOO!! My ears!  :lala :lala :lala

I think Urban could go home, Paige seems to have a few who like her, I don't, either she's scared which makes her pitchy or she just doesn't have it in her to sing well.  The slide was too much.  Could also be Andrew.

My thoughts for elimination:
1: Tim Urban
2: Paige
3: Andrew

I liked Andrew but I'm beginning to think Simon had it right, they were wrong about him in the auditions. If he doesn't go tonight, get it together Andrew!

I hate this season. I'm really not looking forward to watch an episode, because there's nothing to look forward to.

Sigh. I'm now waiting for X Factor....

Annoying Orange!

Well, to stay on topic, I think eliminating Paige this week was kind of fair. That was my pick of who would go home.

Siobhan, Aaron & Crystal FTW!

Ok so bye bye paige :waves:

and now Usher becomes a mentor but what was the genre again?  :duno: has to be what he does which is R & B right?

if that's so i wonder how casey will fit into that :duno:

this group just bores me.  :zz: i used to be like "don't call me i'm watching Idol :ugot but now i'm like" i'll catch up on I tune performances w/out all the commercials and stunts the judges  pull and what they say" :secret

Funny TMZ joked about having snoop dog  :smoke replace simon. i think that would be hysterical!   :lol3: at least then it would make sense as to why their comments are soooo off the wall! :smoke

Katie in the bottom 3.. BOO!

Paige and Tim.. whoever goes i don't care.. but Paige was the most horrible singer last night... but she had a splendid few performances that we can remember.. and it's a pity she's gone actually.

One of the guys will be gone next week.. we're down to 6 guys VS 4 girls. -_-

I think Katie is doing better and better so I think she'll be OK for awhile at least. Paige is a pretty girl, OK voice but it was past time for her to go. Maybe she will gain some maturity and overcome her fear of being on stage and do well for herself. I think she has stage fright which makes her pitchy. It could be like Simon said about Andrew. Maybe they made too much of the audition.  :umn:

saw Paige on fox's morning show and she had laryngitis.

Says she has had it for a while now and it definitely affected her singing.

but she's ok with it all.

That could be what her problem was. Didn't it start with Crystal?

I'm not sure who it started with but many of them got sick!  and someone always gets laryngitis! it happens every season! :colors
