They go to 5 continents this season.  :yess:

Thanks Macaroons! After all those legs in South America, I was starting to think we wouldn't see any more than 3.

How do we know this?
"We" know that Macaroons knows and thats all that matters  :jam:

Not satisfied with this explanation. How does Macaroons know? If he "knows," why not say more? ???

IMHO...He knows BC he KNOWS ppl and only those ppl will feed him with info as long as he doesnt talk. Once the season is done taping he can sing like a bird. If he tells you how he knows then he puts TAR in trouble, BC then things like thast can ruin the show. He knows bc he knows. Plain and simple. Puddin and no one else would vouche for him if he didnt know. So take his word.

Lunch at Subway! And guess what? We saw teams of Amazing race
running around Sentosa. That was so cool! Watch out for the next
season... Sentosa might be the pit stop for a leg of the race!

Could this be something?

Extensively discussed in the sightings thread, Dawne, including the pics and the answer from the blogger.

There are several ways to get to Sentosa from Habour Front Station, or Vivo City.

#1 - Shuttle Bus services available at Habour Front Bus Interchange
#2 - Skytrain service provided in Vivo City into Sentosa
#3 - Via the Cable Cars, which is actually the most expensive way, yet most beautiful way to view the entire island city of Singapore
#4 - Walking, as Sentosa Island is connected to the mainland of Singapore via a Bridge.

I am more incline into thinking teams either took the Habour Front skytrain or Cable Car, since it will provide a really beautiful view from Singapore. I'm slanting towards the Cable Cars more, because teams will definitely be spotted if they took the skytrain service.. i believe. :cmaslol

Great to hear about 5 continents, the past two seasons being only 3 and a fairly boring repetitive route map this makes me excited now for a little more self driving!

I like to bring this to attention, but travel time between Bariloche and Buenos Aires is measured between 19-25 hours depending on the bus company.  Season 5, teams took a bus from Bariloche to Buenos Aires, to fly out of the country.  I think on the 2nd-3rd of this month, they travel overnight to Bariloche and then they have an overnight rest and continued the 3rd leg on December 4th. This could be the missing time length between the 4th and 6th of December since if teams took a bus on the morning of the 5th and arrive in Buenos Aires on the 6th and fly out to Paraguay later that same day.  Its also possible for them to fly from Bariloche to Buenos Aires, but that means they fly into Jorge Newberry Airport, and take a taxi or shuttle bus across to the outskirts south of the city to Ministro Pistirini Airport.  Also travel between Puerto Montt and Bariloche is also possible by road, the time could take around 5-8 hours since its only on the eastside of the Andes, if you include customs at the nearest border crossing.

TAR16 in Shanghai on the 17th looking better and better, someone spotted crews filming on Nanjing Road a few days ago, maybe for scenes we see when Phil announces " This is Shanghai the largest city in China, and one of the largest metropolitan areas in the world, with over 20 million people."  :cmaslol
