I may be overly hopeful, but could this be them at a rest stop doing a little sightseeing?  Can't they spend some of the 12 hours rest time doing a little shopping or looking around?  It is hard to believe that they would be told not to leave their room or hotel for 12 hours.  Maybe some of you who know TAR real well can tell me if it is possible.  Thanks.

At the end of TAR 15, they were completely secluded from the other teams, hence why Meghan/Cheyne and Sam/Dan didn't know who was joining them in the final 3 until the airport in Prague.

Earlier in the seasons, I think the restrictions are a little looser, but they aren't allowed to freely sight see during the pitstops.

i can't beleive you realy thought i thought it was fake get real i'm not stupied

It never came off as "I think this is fake, and I want to know if it is". It just sounded like a question. And there were answers given. Geez...

There wasn't a Mexico leg (at least one that was confirmed).

The race ends in what, 3 days? Like another poster said, this close to end game they're not going to let them out and about if they're still in the race.

Well, I know. But how do we find the time and date stamp on the photo. Dont all photos have a time and date stamp.

Jeff has this look about him. As if he is like "I went from the dumb 5 on BB, to the DUMB 2 on TAR." ha. How much do you want to bet. That Jeff had to drive, do directions and do everything by himself. I LOVEEEE Jordan, I watched BB 24 hours a day. So I know she is a great person but come on. One person cant win TAR all by themselfs. Thats why its a 2 person race. Sad part for Jeff he had to have Jordan on the race. We all know he wouldnt have picked her, he had to go with her if he wanted on. Thats what sucks!!! :cmas15 :cmas15 :cmas15

Someone just posted this on Jokersupdates!

That was taken by one of my Mom's friends down in Mexico. She said they were watching a parade.

Depends on when the picture was taken. I don't think anyone found EXIF data for the photo yet...

(Okay, this is getting moved as well. I know it.)

I have no clue what EXIF means, but it's a good point you made.

based on confirmed sightings....is it possible that marina barrage (morning) was the first place they visited in singapore - then maybe to the ferris wheel (noonish) (roadblock) - then perhaps ice cream clue (end or beginning of detour).   Does anyone know how long before the teams arrive - do they do into filming?

If BBO uploaded his moms friends picture to his own photobucket account I don't think we could get any data? We need the original.

Just an fyi regarding the picture, someone at a JeJo fan site pointed out that December 12th is the Festival of the Virgin Guadalupe in Puerto Vallarta (sp?) Mexico, I bet anything that's where that picture came from.

TAR11 sequester was Acapulco, Mexico and I think TAR 9 stayed there as well. I'll have to ask.
TAR11 had 4 legs in South America and all the teams eliminated stayed in Acapulco, Mexico then Teri and Ian were eliminated in Africa but were also sequestered in Acapulco. They were the last team sequestered that season.

Yup, so Puerto Vallarta seems very plausible for the ES.

Also found this from a tourist bureau website... could be another reason they were out in the streets. Seems as if the city as a whole celebrates Guadalupe with processions from the first to the 12th, with the 12th Day the culmination of the processions, with all businesses taking part.
Also, December 12 - Anniversary of the foundation of Puerto Vallarta: Special ceremony at the City Hall Council, and Fiesta at the malecon. The founding of Puerto Vallarta by Don Guadalupe Sanchez Torres in 1851.
More food for thought.

The Cancun area was used for Sequesterville in TAR 2 and 4, IIRC.

One of the Cancun-area locations was used in TAR 3 as a pit stop. Lisbon was used in several early seasons as well. I'd be surprised if an Mexico location was used that wasn't well secluded; TPTB do try to prevent public exposure of the eliminated teams in Sequesterville.

I'm not as willing to assume that the JJ photo was taken since the date Race 16 began filming without some collaboration as to the date of the photo. Hearsay is circumstantial, it may or may not prove anything without other information.

well I agree this could be part of the Male/Female AA team?

Maybe the BB fans that follow Jeff and Jordan could tell us if they have ever been to Mexico together?

I don't know if this will help answer anything but this is some info people are finding over on the BB sight that might possibly tie the picture of Jeff and Jordan to Puerto Vallarta

A close up of the logo from the restaurant in Puerto Vallarta named Si Senor (apparently it is a chain restaurant started in New Mexico from what they can gather and this is the only location that has this specific logo or something)

And here is a picture of the restaurant front in Puerto Vallarta

Also someone found this article don't know that it means anything but thought I would add it to the mix

Not unless they did it secretively. Which I don't think they did.

Yeah I was just coming to post that they have been pretty busy and on the go and traveling a lot since the show ended in September but I don't think they ever went to Mexico unless they were super quiet and secretive about it because the fans pretty much have known their whereabouts since the show ended.
