:welcome2: to RFF, KourtniRae!!

It is always a help to have extra info, thanks for sharing the pic.  And we were all new once! :waves:

I'm hoping some of our Singaporeans can tell us more, but even if it is Singapore airport, we need to remember that Singapore is a huge transit zone, doesn't mean they ran a leg there. .....

In thinking about what Asian airports might have had a McDonalds for Phil to eat at, I seem to remember aired footage of some of the teams eating hamburgers at an airport with an McDonalds in an Asia-wait-for- flight or a layover during an early season TAR. I remember one of the teams was male-male, might have been one of the so-called "alpha male" teams. I doubt it was a more recent season simply because of the editing where we rarely saw such interactions.

If the teams went from South America to Africa and are now in Southeast Asia or Auctralia/New Zealand, then I could understand how Phil might be equally wanting something from McDonalds.

Found a McDonald's photo from the Kuala Lumpur Airport website.

I think the picture is from Kuala Lumpur airport in Malaysia, a lady on a Big Brother board I post with found this picture of the area near the McDonalds in that airport

Look at the backs of the chairs behind the kids on the left hand side of the picture they seem to match, same with the table tops, also lighting seems to be similar in both photos

Here is the picture of Phil to compare it with

What do you guys think?

Go for it Joab and Izad!

There are three McDonalds in Changi Airport, Singapore. I can safely say that it's not the one at Terminal 2 or the one at the Budget Terminal, but I'm not sure about the one in Terminal 3. You probably can't get sunlight from that one though.

Need me to ask my colleagues back at Changi? :cmaslol

(Those chairs are common to many of the McDonalds I've been to... You probably can't deduce much from that.)

the slanted glass windows and pillar does seem to indicate that it's like the one in KL. I'll drop by tonight and double confirm (in about 12 hours). If Phil is already here.. I'm guessing teams will be coming shortly.. within a day?

If you ask me, the burger box that Phil's eating... we don't have a box in that colour for any of our burgers packaging. :cmaslol

It's safe to say, it's not Singapore. At least.

I tend to have a meal at an airport much more often waiting for a plane than I do just after arriving...don't y'all?

Phil's is what I was talking about.

Yeah sorry I should have been more clear, I didn't know what picture the OP wanted more info on, since you posted the info about Phil's I figured I would just copy that post and add to it the info on the picture of the kids that way both pictures info was together and they got whatever they wanted...sorry for the confusion.

Yup.. I was going to suggest that :) doesn't make sense for Phil to have a meal at the airport, unless it's a stop over.

and I feel embarassed for doing this.. :groan:  but I took this out of the trash to double confirm :

this was a McDonald's chicken mcdeluxe box that I had yesterday. Looks similar.
