I heard there were lots of {{people}} there hired locally. Right? :yess:

And what time (second leg) did the first team arrive, about?? And would you recognize a picture of them?? Was it a Male/Female team or a Male/Male team??

Thanks SO much for sharing Claire!! This is fun!! :hearts:

It will be so exciting to look up all those places!!

So they arrived into Shanghai on 12/18 at the airport? Do you remember what flight they were on?? Did they all come in together??

And all those places were the first leg?? Or some the second leg too? Can you tell us which places are on which leg?? ???

Do you know what they did in the speedbump? We know the last team was pretty late (second pitstop)...

Any stories to tell about what happened or what you saw??

Do you know the order of arrival on the first leg??

Sorry...I have SO many questions!!  :-[ :-[ :-[

Oh Claire!! :hearts:

Now I am jealous!! What a wonderful time!! Even if you did almost freeze.

Oh, we wondered why Louie and Michael were so far behind!! Then it is the dragon puzzle not the speedbump that does them in??  :'(   yes, we think they must be really nice, we are sorry they go.

DO you know where the teams got to stay that night between?

Pork chops or Dumplings?? Is that an eating task?? Or what??

Did you help at the airport on the last day too??

The flight arrival times cited for Dec. 18 suggest that it teams must have been on one of these 2 flights from Singapore to Shanghai and arrived ahead of schedule:

MU544 actual dep. 0111 (16 minutes late) arrival unknown, but likely before 0600
SQ824 actual dep. 0130 (15 minutes late) arrival at 0559 (26 minutes ahead of schedule)

Could the second RB on the first leg be a Detour choice that everyone does?

So it looks like we have two separate legs in Shanghai. So it's either 12 legs (with or without a potential double leg somewhere else), or 11 legs.

And it also looks as though we'll be suffering through some F4 predictability again. But the tasks sound interesting.

And I don't see any reason there would be two Roadblocks, so one of them must either be a Route Marker, Fast Forward, or Detour choice.

One of those tasks could also be a "general" task that is not a roadblock, detour, or speedbump.

Thanks Claire... Wow. So much detail. There are so much construction going on in Shanghai due to the 2010 Expo. Easy to get lost around the traffic jam... The burgundy taxi drivers are the wildest. I am looking forward to seeing them on the TV - I think I have been to all of the places during the Shanghai leg.  :jumpy: If I remember a conversation i had with Mike/Louis on the plane back to US. They left something in the cab and had to call to retrieve it.
