The URL for that photo seems to imply there is a story to go with it.  (Notice the "stories{ subdirectory.)
I don't speak or read Spanish, but this might be worth a follow-up.

So the tweets are driving me crazy timeline-wise. What are we looking at now?

It's a pretty early arrival with regard to first legs. Would we be seeing a one-day first leg like in Sao Paulo (TAR 9)?

Puddin, where did you get Dec 1 for Puerto Varas? I'm just lost... :groan:

I will say that teams arrived in Chile on 11/29 and completed the leg the same day.
Teams then arrived at Puerto Varas on the morning of 12/1 and finished the same day.

Nice, Puddin!

It's interesting, but TAR seems to have been following the 12h Pit Stop rule for the first leg at least, consistently throughout the seasons. Add that to the early arrival in Santiago, could we be looking at...?

28 Nov: Los Angeles, flight to Santiago
29 Nov: Valparaiso, Pit Stop Leg 1
30 Nov: Santiago, Tur-Bus to Puerto Montt (14h)
1 Dec: Puerto Varas, Pit Stop Leg 2

I've got them both for 01 Dec: 3:50 and 4:04, respectively. Since it's a local photographer, I'd assume the camera's clock is set correctly.

OMG, Best map ever!

Looking at the pit stop, it suddenly came to me that when a team arrives there, it doesn't look like a wide open space because of cameras shooting both Phil and the teams... LOL!

Wow on the map, Neobie. Even a stingy poster like myself needs to use a post to commend its genius.

Putting this here just in case, the Tur-Bus schedule on 31 Nov from Santiago to Puerto Montt (most of these pass by Puerto Varas, take 30min off the arrival time):
0610-2015, 1645-0615, 1830-0740, 1915-0815, 2030-0910, 2050-0910, 2115-0930

Any of these will give Phil the headstart to fly to Puerto Montt and film his stuff on the 31st, with teams racing on the 1st.
