Well, I'm confused. It was my info that said it ended yesterday. I will check into it again. Maybe this is some kind of decoy to throw people off??

They shouldn't still be at the airport at this time.

Do you think the first place team could have got there yesterday and the other teams are this far behind?

Confirming that some filming did occur there...last "teams" reported through about 45 minutes ago... crews now dismantling the equiptment.

@heyhay28 @futureracer15 @PuddinRFF My more-attentive gf says they were wearing RED. He had brown hair, she was blonde. Both pretty thin. 3 minutes ago from web

joelwhitaker

@heyhay28 @futureracer15 @PuddinRFF I'd estimate their departure from Coit Tower around 11:10 am PT. 2 minutes ago from web

I've been lurking here for awhile, but I saw this posted today on another reality TV forum:

I saw what I think was an AR crew filming just now (noon PST) on California Street in San Francisco. Was nearly toppled by a man running with a handheld camera. He stopped at California and Larkin to capture the image of two men (I think) walking with a large locked trunk. They were walking towards Polk Street. May investigate further while I buy a pizza slice.

It's just too coincidental, looks like I have to back pedal  :cmas5
Was told yesterday it was "on"
Production and crews hanging out at SFO impatient
Was told the winner had crossed the finish-line <<< reliable source
Also some other blurb from production that it was over
Today, again production at SFO, not filming, more of a meet and greet

Pretty sure we know the finish line location and were on it now .........can't reveal it just yet, we don't want reporters/fans there to interrupt.

From FB:

Andrew Susanto I think I just saw 2 of the contestants for the next season of amazing race, they were wearing cowboy hats, running around trying to find taxi, with 2 cameramen following them!

for instance:

Racefan82
*This is my first time posting on this site and I have pics of teams in Vegas!  Wish it hadn't taken me so long to post this, but I haven't had internet access until today.  Just read some of the more recent posts and Im hoping this will shed some light into who our F3 might be.  Was in Vegas over the weekend and a dream of mine came true, got to see the Amazing Race in action! I was on a balcony and below me, two teams came running by.  Both teams looked lost like they were at the wrong place, since they ran down the street right after.  Didn't see a third team, they could have come before I got there or went to a different spot. Tried to snap the best pictures I could.  But to figure out the time issue, this was in the early afternoon, as I had just finished up with lunch at the buffet. So this would totally fit into the flight times being discussed.  So this could confirm two of the F3. I definitely saw the guys in green with pink hair and the Globetrotter team.

While walking back to the Venetian on 8/7/09, we saw people in backpacks running and cameramen chasing them -- of course, my first thought was: The Amazing Race! This is the video I took of "the green team" getting into their cab.

know you guys said the race ended yesterday, and i trust you b/c you're the experts - however, with the new activity - could yesterday's weather in regards to airport delays and such - prevented them from finishing yesterday?  granted, we're talking west coast but airport delays seem have the trickle down approach

Teams were sighted in San Francisco on December 20th, where they had to scale the Coit Tower. It is believed that this is one of their final tasks to complete before heading to the currently-unidentified finish line.
