One month ago I embarked on a little trip to explore more of my little continent. I'm late posting aha but these places are so Gorgeous I couldn't recommend them enough as well as Stockholm which you must see!!!

Let's go to Berlin, Germany & Copenhagen, Denmark!!!!!!

I started off from London Heathrow landing into Berlin Tegel at 10:00am, We then proceeded to Alexanderplatz where we were staying in the wonderful Park Inn which is where teams in S22 had to Base fly, I wish I could've participated but unfortunetly I didn't have enough time  :chute:

After checking in we proceeded by the cute yellow trains of the Berlin U-Bahn to Zoological Garten station which is where Adam & Rebeeca had the feud with Jonathen & Victoria. It's also the location of the partially destroyed church and broken chains statue. We then took the S-Bahn on the same route to Warschauer Strasse Station to see the East Side Gallery of the Berlin Wall, which is absolutly stunning. It's amazing to see a symbol of opression being turned into an art project filled with culture.

Also during Berlin I saw the Brandenburg Gate which is absolutly stunning at all times of day, I saw where Victoria picked up the bag aha! I checked off two Pitstops at the Gate and Joachimstrasse!

Just below are photos of Berlin that aren't race related, but you've got to check out the beautiful city aha!, this includes The Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and the sad but incredibly important Holocaust Memorial.

Next up Copenhagen!

We started our day with Breakfast in Berlin, after landing we had some lunch in Copenhagen, before later that evening having dinner in Malmö, it was an eventful day aha. We decided to visit Malmö so our other two days would be all Copenhagen. We crossed the stunning Oresund bridge and explored The Stortoget where the Tar 25 challenge was, It's a really cool city!

In Copenhagen we visited many Amazing Race sights, From s19 we saw the Pitstop from the harbour which was a beuatiful setting, The statue of Hans Christian Anderson as well as The Church of our savior which is really scary at the top due to a low barrier and thin staircase in the open air but the views are breathtaking!

From S25 I saw Ida Davidon's restaurant, which was closed!!  :dick, Sankt Jorgens Alle (Parklet DT), the VM Houses and Det Frankse Conditori (Bike DT) which do amazing pasrries!

I'll show some other Copenhagen sights including the little Mermaid and the Nyhavn which I can't believe they haven't seen before!

I didn't manage to visit every Amazing Race sight but omg I fell in love with these cities especially Copenhagen which is now my number one city in the world just beating Stockholm. You have to go to both if given the oppurtunity and I'm sorry for the overload of posts aha! Hope you enjoyed  :conf:

Maanca:
Funny you mention it, I just re-watched the infamous shoving scene just last night on YouTube

I see Salon Zur Wilden Renate is still operating there in Berlin, the trippy club from 22. Too bad you didn't go there :P
