Yep. I'm fairly certain it's the Miccosukee airboat dock ("sacred ground to the Native Americans of South Florida"); the trouble is, there should be some sign of the Tamiami Trail (hwy 41) somewhere in the cap, but I don't see it.

Slowhatch, the location was near the 40 Mile Bend. That is something I confirmed with Drew Riker at TARCON 3. (He lived in Miami at the time, and I grew up in Miami, and I remember knowing exactly where it was when the first previews came out.

TAR8, Leg 6 - it's one of the foam statues teams had to pick up in the Relic Detour option in Costa Rica.
