'V' The TV Series
« on: September 17, 2009, 12:05:26 PM »
Oh yes, 'V' is returning to television. Despite there being a new book on the market which takes place 20 years after the first 'V' mini-series of the 80's, this new series will be a re-imagined restart to the show. Will it be good? I'm hoping so. I loved the original. Check out the trailer here:

It'll appear on ABC starting November 3, 2009.

Fans of Lost will recognize Elizabeth Mitchell in the starring role.

I liked it. Reminded me of the old series and didn't change too much. But still different enough.

I loved Firefly and was looking so foward to seeing some of the cast again but really, I was never a SciFi person. Thats okay though, now I can watch NCIS without feeling like I'm missing something

Exactly. It's so hard to narrow down shows you MUST watch. I have so many. I try hard not to get involved in new shows but now I'm into this and got suckered into Flash Forward and the Mentalist.

I just got into the mentalist. I had to order the first season from Netflix. I've already got two of the disk finished.

I think pulling them off of Red Jon and the addition of the dude thats taking over the case, I don't like him.
So far I've been enjoying the first series so much more.
