russell is pretty confident that the noms are going to get changed. Telling chima how Russell is making all these threats that if Lydia talks to Chima that he will come after her.

Lydia, there is something wierd going on between Jeff, Jordan and Russell. Have you noticed that Jeff is getting more and more mad and him and Russell keep playing more together?

chima, Russell told Jessie to tell me to put Jeff up

so, pretty much the whole conversation is what Kevin and Lydia have been going over for a while now and bashing on Russell. Chima doesn't need any motivation to keep bashing on Russell, It's her new favorite past time!
