jess think about it what decatholon athletes do.. they take on sugar.. this is better than sugar. they take on electrolites.. you can take a shake of goo every 2 hrs.. and you can take targo every 1/2 and it works faste than goo.. yo body turns into canabalism.. yo body attacks y itself the targo takes care of that.. like you eat salads.. your body needs carbs like in the morning.. you eat alot of simple carbs.. you eat alot of fruits.. quick sugars.. after that little blast it's just a little birtst.. as opposed to eating carbs. and yo need to have carbs immediately after working out..
