spanishtarfan,
Your request is in the wrong thread. Look in a more logical place than "contestants" and ye shall receive on arrival time.

Let me enter some specualtion due to the bovious misdirection going elsewhere to protect the Finish City tasks and Finish Line. My hypothesis is this:

Final 3 left Prague yesterday nonstop on Delta 63 (codeshre OK5088 corrected per :jerry:) PRG ATL scheduled 1000 1535.  Actual times were both ahead of schedule 0959 1525.
This flight continued on to LAX and teams could have gone there to connect to Las Vegas It was scheduled 1746 1925 but was late on both at 1758 1934. If that did occur, then potential flights LAX to LAS were:

NW633 2010 2121
UA864 2255 0004
or anything early this morning

It is more likely that teams got off DL63 in Atlanta and transferred onto another flight (see my post in Spoilers etc. for the details), but a logical one is last night's DL1093 ATL LAS actual departure late at 1924 and actual arrival late at 2045. that would get them to LAS 36 minutes before the route through LAX.

Ok, so that puts the final 3 into Las Vegas last night. What have they been doing if, as stated by Peach, it's not quite over yet?

In case you're looking for something to do, here is a webcam that shows the Hoover Dam bypass under construction.

http://live8.truelook.com/face/sqface.jsp?func=watch&name=/hooverdam/bypass/nevada&overlay=default&skin=default&useapplet=true&time=1249659416820&width=640&height=480&quality=65&catalogname=catalog

I don't know that there will be any TAR activity there today - but you never know.

BTW - high of 35 in LV today - but its a dry heat...

Well, if that's the case, no reason to hold back on this possible "camera crew" sighting in Vegas a few days ago.

Georgiapeach, can I safely conclude that my suggestion the other day to look at Hartsfield-Jackson helped y'all figure out what was actually going on?

I like to hope that my logic proved constructive.

Filming at a Vegas wedding chapel is nothing new, unless it was in Novosibirsk on last season for the detour!  It may be that KFed reality show in the picture, Las Vegas has a lot filming going around there and it could also could be a Las Vegas television news crew covering a story.

It is possible but it takes around 4-6 hours driving from Irvine to Vegas (I've taken the trip) and they NEED to have good weather to be able to drive there because it is mostly desert and mountainous landscape.

Hi guys, I know this is a spec thread, and so everyone could see it...

Are we looking forward to a 10 leg race ( :'( ) this time or is there still hope to seeing TAR to 11 legs (11-12 episodes)?

At least 11 - Tokyo/Leg 2 (SPEC - either elsewhere in Japan or Laos)/HCMC/Phnom Penh/Dubai/Leg 6 (either Dubai or Masada)/Netherlands/Sweden/Estonia/Prague/Vegas

e.... notice the code share CZ flight part...just a reminder, CZ is China Southern airlines....so what does it have to do with Prague and Vegas???

I am pretty confident that teams were not on any flights ATL to Vegas the night of 8/6. The were DEFINITELY not on DL1093 or any Vegas flights thereafter.

Morning 8/7...wasn't there, can't say.

jerry, good catch. My memory was not correct on CSA flight 5088. The airline code is OK, not CZ(which may be what it used to be years ago). CZ is China Southern as you indicate and that is an important enough airline in eastern Asia that it is involved on Amazing Race flights occasionally. Ibelieve that China Southern took Mark/Michael from Bangkok to Guanzhou and next morning into Guilin.
