I've heard people saying they came from Schiphol on the very morning that the event took place so on thursday they would have arrived.

Again Good luck

Hi Dutch Samadhi! So nice of you to share with us!

What have you heard about Dubai? Do you know if teams flew into Schiphol from there?

:yess: Thank you Dutch Samadhi, BigDog and SteffieSunrise!

I suppose we have two legs in the UAE, then? Or just one?

Are they pairing their legs TAR:A style - Japan I/II, HCMC/Phnom Penh, UAE I/II?

Nobody seems to be picking up this lead, but the license plates on the 5 cars on page 13 have German license plates. In Europe those license plates are not person bound, but car bound. German license plates begin with an abbrevation of the city/town where they come from. These cars have the abbrevation S. That means they come from stuttgart. The'll probably have local tv as well. So try to follow them. This is not my hobby, so I'll leave it at this.

Many greetz

Dutch Samadhi

Well they used cars with German plates when they were in Finland too so that doesn't mean anything

I would agree for a 11 leg race but I would say Aug. 8 or 9 next weekend is the expected finish date if it is a 12 leg race. That would mean a 22 or 23 day race.

Thank you Dutch!  :yourock:

But I am going to ask all the posters here to NOT take up Dutch on his kind offer, we are an enthusiastic bunch and can easily exhaust even the most generous of sources.  I suspect he may be getting far too many messages already.

So just trust that all the bases are being covered, he is helping us enormously, puddin is on it, so let's not wear him out all at once, okay??

Thanks everyone!

If you have questions than please ask them till 12 o'clock website time. I like this game very much, but I have to study and go to my volunteer work tomorrow. I can't do this webpuzzling besides my other things. It's been a huge pleasure, but I have to draw a line for myself. I've enjoyed it all very much and can imagine you do as well, but I've never seen the show and probably will only once (the episode about our vilage). I wish you all good luck and I'll try to answer all the questions that come to me before 12 o'clock night time (website time).

This is my last post. Send me a message if you have questions.

For the team:

If you have an unanswered question for Dutch in the next few hours, please put it here and we will make ONE list. I don't want him getting 20 PM's all with the same questions, okay?  :vader:

Please do read what he has said very carefully, most questions have been answered. He may not be able to further identify the teams until we get better photos.

Thanks everyone!

For Dutch, some basic stuff proabably already asked:

What was the date and time you saw the teams?
Where were you located when you saw them?
How long did you get to observe them?
Did you see our picture of Team Brooks?
Did you hear anything about when they left your country?

Thanks

Video translation by the times marked:  :ty3: to Dutch!!

1-20 Guy laughs (voice over) The three voluntary windmillers can
20-25 laugh about it: An American tv-crew that came to Vierhuizen.
25-30 Now and then they get a glimpse of them.
30-35 (guy in dialect) Just like the tour the France with a camera on the motor.
35-40 (again dialect)Yes, well, Shall we have coffee. 4
0-45 (inside the mill) well it is a program that eeh
45-51 must film the activities of the participants
51-56 and of those shootings they make a program
56-1:00 (interviewer) What's your opinion about it all (guy) I find it a bit
1:00-1:05 typically American (other guy) with a lot of, of
1:05-1:10 with a lot of (nonsense word) kokeloko (other guy) with a lot of bombarie (probably: Bolster) (guy interviewed repeats)
1:10-1:15 everything is taken care of precisely (overvoice) But what exactly is going on
1:15-1:20 nobody is talking about, but the windmillers don't care a lot about that
1:20-1:26 Their job is clear: to keep the windmill running and that they do with a lot of concentration
1:26-1:31 (guy at the windmill) We can see a (bui) bad weather coming, but I think, Arie, we will just miss it
1:31-1:35 (outside on the windmill) He could go a little further because the wind is better there (they use the phrase “ten opzichte” which is more like according)
1:35-1:41 (voice over) after asking questions without camera's we found out that it is a Peking Express like program
1:41-1:46 Six teams have to fulfill tasks as soon as possible
1:46-1:52 That they don't put their hands on their wallets shows when we see a helicopter flying over to take shots
1:52-1:56 (guy on the windmill) Isn't it horrible to have a helicopter here
1:56-2:02 All that for just a few minutes in a game show
2:03-2:13 Aah, but we like to do it, just another fling (verzetje)

Oh :bigwelcome

Yes PLEASE!!

Ask your friend the name of the ferry, what time it left, where it left from from exactly!!

Can he describe the teams he saw? (If you need help, go to page one of the contestant thread, all the pics are there).

Can he send you some pics by cell phone??
