I'm sure the prize was a mitake and is 250.000 US dollars.... but i'm sure the information about the race only being in Brazil is not a mistake. The race should start next week.

I hope both things were wrong! (the producer said many countries, but it could have changed since the twitter is quite old) and i hope the race starts this week! (they will have a really short period of time between filming and the season premiere---probably same air date as TAR USA---)

I don't know if i'm wrong but since they could travelling only in Brazil, maybe the whole filming process doesn't take all the time a regular season takes... maybe it wouldn't be too complicated to film and edit in 2 months.

This is from a racer from the third season of TARLA:

Este año The Amazing Race LA solo será en Brasil y corriendo por los 12 estados donde se realizará el Mundial 2014...Poco o muy interesante?

This year, The Amazing Race LA will be only on Brazil and racing across the 12 states where the 2014 World Cup will be held... Little or very interesting?

Since he was part of TARLA, i trust him 100% (they have contacts with the production)

The 12 states are:
*Minas Gerais
*Distrito Federal
*Mato Grosso
*Paraná
*Ceará
*Amazonas
*Rio Grande do Norte
*Rio Grande do Sul
*Pernambuco
*Rio de Janeiro
*Bahia
*Sao Paulo

And here is Turner's confirmation:

That's a good point .. but what's your take on this?

If the teams are spotted in a certain city it could be easy to predict the next destination since i don't think they re going to race some crazy route.

This version is getting extremely low budget.
Like I said...TARLA is too cheap to do nice things lol
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

This one seems to confirm the info:

Nicolas Notton ‏@nicolasni
Hoje eu tava na fila do cristo redentor e passou uns caras filmando um episódio de alguma coisa kkk}

https://twitter.com/nicolasni

Today i was in Cristo Redentero and come guys were filming an episode of something.

This one was yesteday... i tend to believe this was for TAR France.

EDIT: Now i'm sure this is for TAR France because the clue the girl is holding is the same i saw in one of the previous tweets in the TAR France thread (those clues say "amazing race", not "THE amazing race").

I was thinking since this race is going to be in the states where the FIFA world cup will take place the starting line could be in a stadium?  :duno:

I think the world cup thing is just an excuse... The race will take place in Brazil only because their budget is extremely small. Anyways i wouldn't rule out the appearance of any stadium in this season (since it is the "theme" for this fourth season).

Like you said... the world cup thing is an excuse... and the most credible way to make it appear ok would be using places related to the world cup... and maybe one or more football tasks!

Well, that's probably going to happen for sure.... I'm crossing my fingers to get a season (atleast) as good as A Corrida Milionaria! Anyways this will probably not have success in the Latin American viewers and could be the end of TARLA (many of them think that Space is not going to air TAR this year)...

Yeah probably... but if they lose them this time, they won't get them back on the next season......

This is from a photographer that worked on previous seasons of TARLA...

I did the bags. Soon i will be flying from here to there, and from there to another place, and i'll be like that for about a month. I don't think i'll be able to upload videos every day, but i promise to keep the strip. Please forgive me, but i'll be in far away places, where the internet access is extremely remote. See you when i get back.

He is obviously going on TAR, but "far away places"???  :duno:

Another from a producer....
