Harris says it's the Director of photography.  It must be a warm place, look at the way he is dressed.  Plus palm trees....

To me it looks like Ecuador or Colombia, i saw a map of the weather in south america and those two countries are "full of clouds" today. Central America is not that full of cluds today. Mexico could be too.  :duno:

I know there were 2 legs in Ecuador, and since the girl is confirming that there will be a leg in Salvador, Brazil, i would say the Palm tree is in that city... This could be either leg 10 or 11!
