Just a tad information, while I was re-watching episode 2, A Tammy/Victor confessional stood up my sight, not because of what they have said, rather probably a spoiler, It came in the first half of the race and the location of their confessionals looked like in the final leg/city in Maui. (Its a place outside... Not snowing - Not probably in Romania, as they are wearing the same clothes on the first leg... It doesn't look like Thailand, India or China either... ) When I figure where that clip is, I'll post more information. Thanks!

Quite frankly, the brownish swaying things look either like tall grass infloresence or bamboo. So you gotta take all those three places into consideration again. Also, talking about "unprogramming decades of blah blah" doesn't equate for a finale confessional, because you can't unprogram at the end (unless you had a very INV edit in the beginning and your story arc just got going in the finale).
Also, since you mentioned that they had their leg 1 clothes, it "may" have been a leg 1 confessional.
Hi guys, thanks for the comments, At first, It really looks like its been shot in the finale, but again, looking at all the flora, we could really say that it could be pre-race, India or someplace else, With pictures you all have posted too,
Being on the other side of the world where we see American soil <= Television (specifically TAR for me
), At first would really have thought that it is indeed the Finale, since most of the time, we see teams running to the finish line with their so called "uniforms" during the time they left the starting line, as well as their photos in the website.
I also think that it couldn't have been in Leg 1, because the producers would probably showcase the alps or snow to fit the leg's theme.
It looks to me that it could really be in India (but where? pitstop maybe? Is there somewhere in Jaipur that would look like that?), or completely a pre-race interview - but had it been done a whole lot of times? Inside houses, the studio, pre race you tube videos... Guess we all just have to wait then... thanks a lot! Man, TAR's changing a lot of their ways this season... It seems that we're having a hard time from cover to cover than the past seasons, but makes things more exciting.
