Where is this generally speculated f5 list? I wasn't aware there was one

I've read a blog where someone thought they saw the cheer leaders going to Hawaii, and there was an unconfirmed sighting of 'a deaf woman' and 'the orange team' in Bangkok which mentioned the little men, but I haven't read of sightings of B/V or A/K later in the race and I don't think there is any confirmed f5 lists, at least here on RFF.

Mrs. Shrek, the F5 has generally been speculated to be Tammy & Victor, Margie & Luke, Cara & Jaime, Mark & Michael, and one other team that's either Amanda & Kris or Preston & Jennifer.
