From AXN:

From M McKay at AXN:

--- Quote --- The next couple of Legs are going to be tough for the Racers, there is no let up for now and they will be tested yet again. I am not so fussed about big travel Legs in this third series, in fact we deliberately went for short, sharp Legs. We wanted this Race to be relentless and I think we've succeeded. So don't expect the focus to be on long travel sectors (unless it is in a bus or something like that).

--- Quote ---This week on TARA the Race continues to be unrelenting and punishing. And, I'm sorry to say (for the Racers at least) there is no sign of a let up just yet ;)

The one gap we have so far in our Timeline (see page 1) so far is May 26-27--after Hue and before HK.

Based on a little hint I was given  and based on geographical proximity, puddin and I  have been talking about TAIWAN for the missing location.

Apskip---can we make it fit with flights? Vietnam to Taiwan to HK?

Puddin and I think it might fit in well here...

--- Quote from: apskip on September 25, 2008, 07:16:29 PM ---May 26 teams are released from pitstop in a range of morning times.
As leg 4 begins they fly to Taipei on either

HUI HAN VN240 0820 0955 combined with HAN TPE CI684 1135 1510  OR
HUI HAN VN244 1255 1405 combined with HAN TPE CI9024 1720 2100

There is also a Hue Saigon VN251 0910 1030 connecting with BR392 1255 1730 to get to Taipei. It accomplishes nothing unless a team cannot make 0820 departure but could make 0910 or unless VN240 had no more Amazing Race Asia seats.

I have also looked at flights from DaNang to both Hanoi and Saigon. They do not change much. DAD SGN VN323 1340 1450 could connect with BR396 1555 2025, which provides a 45 minute earlier arrival than the combination through Hanoi.
