I wish (just a wish), they can do that meat ripping challenge from Survivor last season.

I agree too. I prefer hard tasks where there is some sort of skill or thing they have to learn.

I don't mind disgusting food challenges too. It is so amazing to see and learn such food exist and loved by it's locals.

I would want to see a Balut eating task when they hopefully come to the Philippines. I can already imagine the faces of the racers lol

It would be difficult for TAR production to make a leg in Bhutan due to some reasons. It's not a fully open country.
You have to apply tourism visa atleast 30 days before coming to Bhutan. You have to pay $200 a night per person. And you are not allowed to travel by your own, a travel guide provided by the Bhutan government is required.

But those "disgusting" food that they eat are also part of other cultures around the world. And they need to be seen. Its an embedded part of life in the other parts of the world, even though its "disgusting" in the viewers lives (while its delicious through the locals' eyes). Its completely unfair if they just let them eat steak, hamburgers, fries, chocolates, or any staple in the Western life.

My problem with many of those challenges is just the sheer quantity of the food. If it's not physically possible to complete the challenge without vomiting several times, I don't want to watch it. It shouldn't be faster to skip the challenge than to finish it. I personally want to see more local cuisine, but please no shots of throwing up (this includes sound).

Yup! People complain about disgusting food while in fact the one that should be complained is how the editors edit the challenge (adding scenes of throwing up, etc.)
